10/2/2017 22:18 | Well are we finally turning a corner here? Be nice to think so. Been a slog and a half this one. Added 1.6 and 1.81 over last week. Hope its not a case of a fool and his money lol. Just waiting for some imminent news. GLA | wrighty46
10/2/2017 20:40 | 1399Peter, Cheers....enjoy.. | temporarily insane
10/2/2017 20:07 | TI, Good one!! I am just about to have a few beers and I am sure TPL will look at lot better to me after that too!! I do hope we get some bloody news next week as my patience has given up now. GLA for news of funding next week, come on TPL | 1399peter
10/2/2017 20:06 | Unlike the past, when Olisol failed to pay for 180m shares in cash and the " pseudo smart Skripka" failed to deliver the $10m O/D facility, the new Tethys BOD have to get firm commitments of cash from banks and lenders to repay/reschedule existing loans and drill existing wells. The BOD then needs legal approval on the content of the agreements, prior to informing shareholders. My hope is that the BOD will let us know by end next week !. | hguess16
10/2/2017 19:10 | Before we start licking our lips let's see TPL and Kumars "show the money". Some concrete news on capex for drilling and refinancing is long overdue and very much welcome. I expect to see at least some of this news next week or two. | casual47
10/2/2017 18:47 | I am beginning to love this company at last. | temporarily insane
10/2/2017 18:35 | Agreed Dorset64. What I am expecting next is news of the funding plan and the new marketing deal with, I hope, the Kumars being involved. I also look forward to Winston Sanjeev Kumar Soosaipillai joining the BOD in the near future as he would add value to the Tethys business with his knowledge/experience and his own State Oil Group in the UK and globally. Medgat Kumar adds value with his trading and refining businesses and connections in KAZ. | hguess16
10/2/2017 16:38 | Just a scenario....Should Tethys win in the courts and with gain a ruling of a few or many $10m's as compensation. Over the coming months Olisol refuse or more likely cannot pay up and in turn their 'assets' are legally siezed and thus, their 50% stake of the Aral Terminal is turned over to Twthys as settlement. If I was Bill that is the exact line I would be taking and is why Olisol are so desperate to discredit TPL with the bogus press releases. They have now realised that hold a very weak bat and likely will lose the lot to an 'organisation' far far bigger than them & of whom hold much more influence in the local area. Dont forget the importancw of the Kumars role in throwing out all previous Olisol attempts to discredit & withhold monies from Tethys, as well as them arranging for outstanding monies being settled immediately. Olisol this time have picked the wrong fight this time imo. | dorset64
10/2/2017 15:56 | I'll already be happy with getting this thorn out of our side once and for all and finally move forward with the Kumars/Salzhanov/who Should anything come TPL's way by means of compensation that would be a nice bonus. I expect TPL and Kumars haven't built their business plan around it. | casual47
10/2/2017 15:44 | How the tables have turned, here's hoping TPL can get their hands on 63m shares and a few other assets. | 1399peter
10/2/2017 14:47 | Why stop at $50m...let's shoot for a gazillion billion | casual47
10/2/2017 14:31 | ratfan, Thanks. This is a much needed boost for the downtrodden Tethys !. I hope Tethys recovers at least $50m for the losses incurred by Olisol's breach of contract of the IA and the consequential damage resulting from their subsequent unlawful acts in KAZ !. | hguess16
10/2/2017 12:23 | Would be interesting to know if Olisol are participating in the CA court proceedings. It wouldn't surprise me if they don't show up at all..... | casual47
10/2/2017 12:14 | Lets see naimanka74 prove the negatives in that RNS. No negatives for Tethys thats for sure! | temporarily insane
10/2/2017 12:02 | Yes, good positive response! Also showed up on my m o n e y a m screen. | fbrj
10/2/2017 11:43 | "The Tethys Board would like to inform shareholders and other interested parties" At last the Board are recognising the shareholder. All the pieces of the jigsaw are fitting together. | temporarily insane
10/2/2017 11:30 | Regarding the recent RNS (thanks to ratfan (and not the ADVFN RNS system). Well it looks now as though Tethys Petroleum is getting its strength back! There is a lot of power in that RNS. Hooray. THIS COMPANY WILL BE GOING PLACES. THE FUTURE IS VERY VERY POSITIVE. Congratulations to Bill Wells, Ken May, the Kumars and anybody else who is involved in the professional running of Tethys Petroleum. Now lets bring on the shareholder value. This is not a company worth 1.5p per share. | temporarily insane
10/2/2017 11:25 | And the share price has done................ | temporarily insane
10/2/2017 11:10 | Do our fellow Canadian posters know if there is a website from which we can glean info on the court proceedings? Is it public? | casual47 |
