You all seem to be ignoring the fact that when Peter Gyllenhammar provided £500,000 in a rather short-term loan, in December 2007, the terms weren't just repayment in 15 months and a 9% interest rate. He also got 6 million warrants, exercisable at 1p.

Now, if you think TER is worth 6p, the implication is that for a half-mill short-term loan, the directors gave away £300,000 (6m x 5p), along with a toppy interest rate and security over all the company's assets. Effectively a 69% financing cost, for a 15-month facility. Do you still think they're on your side ?

Or maybe, TER is only worth 1p a share, hence the pricing. Look at the actual figures - in the 6 months to 30 June '07, admin costs were £1,086,236; in the previous year, £2,826,543; but this is a minute company, with a tiny investment portfolio. Doesn't it occur to you that someone is doing very well out of it, but that "someone" isn't the shareholders ?

I'd suggest that the current share price reflects a mixed bag of investments, one or two successful and the others no longer talked about much, minus the market's evaluation of what another 18 months' "admin costs" will do to the balance sheet.

not really fussed about who is ramping this if indeed anyone is .1.6p is cheap relative to 6p which it was not that long ago .this can rise and of course fall on not much volume ,so any significant good news could reach 6p in not too much time at all.3 or 4 bagger is excellent in anyones book.

Not really into energy stocks. Only like the look of this one and got my big gains out of these before as assets are worth atleast 8.10p without goodwill and intagibles and currently just no value on the business at all let alone the AIM listing. Ta for the tip though.

if you like alt energy stocks check out ROM (ROmag solar). Major Arab deal to be announced very soon. (already announced by the arabs but not by ROM yet). Expect it to rise significantly once the RNS is out

I repeat, there's little or no value in an AIM listing, despite the attempts by a few people to promote the spurious notion that it somehow has an intrinsic value to be calculated int eh hundreds of thousands.

In fact, I challenge anyone who pushes the idea of an AIM listing to post three good reasons why it has any value, I've explained why it doesn't, and so far nobody has attempted a rational alternative view.

Can't believe lack of buyers at this level with just value on the AIM listing as things stand. Still can't buy much at all in size though and real spread still 1.25-1.60p.

But what were you shouting all day and every day on the LNX thread, Chancre ? You did the most disgusting, dishonest ramp job, you made up lies and presented them as facts, you spread false rumours and stories about imminent developments which never took place, and then to cap it all, while you were still ramping the stock, you sold your holding and slipped away silently, like a thief in the night.

Or what about your similar performance on the PARO thread, where you pumped and pumped to no good end ?

Bronek...I have been here long before you came. Back in October at 2p before the offer news came and the rise to 6p. With the price such low levels again it doesn't require any promoting. Atleast my couple of posts are relevant to the assets of the company and I'm not shouting 10p etc coming soon. Too many losers here these days.
