27/3/2008 12:00 | for goodness sake chaps put your money into IVE or RVD - why waste money and have a lot of anxiety investing in dogs like this?? | the_professor
27/3/2008 11:55 | Leaving aside all the ramping/dumping froth, the situation is that Gyllenhammer has in effect bought himself time to decide whether to bid for the company, sell his stake or just remain as an investor. His loan is convertible into shares and if he converts, rather than taking cash repayment of his loan, he will have 29.9% of the company made up of his converted shares plus his existing stake. He could then buy just 0.1% more and make an offer which would not be generous, bearing in mind that his conversion will dilute the capital and reduce the share price 4p? 3p? The maths were discussed by dell314 in post 799 on this board in December. He certainly wouldn't bid now because he can get the company cheaper in less than 18 months' time. On the other hand, if the management did pull the rabbit out of the bag and sell one of the investments at a good price, the value of Gyllenhammer's investment would rise. So either way, he should win. As for the poor PI's ..... | ivor hunch
27/3/2008 11:33 | "dumping at the first sign of a profit" - My strategy is to buy low, sell high. I suppose you do the opposite 8trader? | asparks
27/3/2008 11:29 | 8trader - everyone knows you are ADVFN's worst ramper. Pot calling kettle black..... Tell me when TER has moved up 33% in a day before without something causing it (and not just MM games)? I expect large late trades or something else soon | asparks
27/3/2008 11:24 | You lot cant help yourselves ! None of you have any creadbility at all, everybody knows you will all dump the first signs of a profit ! The volume is pathetic, the mm's are trying to enourge trade by moving on any buy and you lot have to twist it all to make it looks like "something is brewing" asparks, you are just as bad as chancer ! Shameless rampers is what i call you lot. | 8trader
27/3/2008 11:21 | another sell and the price stays up....whats brewing? | asparks

27/3/2008 11:12 | No need to ramp this Chancer. IMO TER is one of the most undervalued renewables co.s on the AIM. | asparks

27/3/2008 09:03 | asparks - you seem off your head today - how can that be a sell when the real price at close yesterday was 1.00-1.58p and the bid has ticked up after that trade at 1.70p...are you really saying that the real sell price was 1.70p when the screen bid was 1.00p? | chancer6
