Are you absolutely sure you've got the right Farady Holdings there.

I wouldn't want to make a decision based on looking at a company with a similar name.

It was good to see the EGM requisitioned by Faraday unseating the board. Now perhaps we will see value realised.

So who are Faraday?

The Faraday Group comprises two risk bearing entities, Faraday Re, a AAA rated London market reinsurance company, and Faraday Syndicate 435 at Lloyd's; both part of General Re Corporation, a wholly owned subsidiary of Berkshire Hathaway.



I suppose if its good enough for Buffet, its good enough for me!

It would be great if this Company were used as a shell company.However the noises coming out of the new people do not suggest that this is on the agenda...

Contract wins for TSP are extremely unlikely - more likely to see snow in the desert first.

First target 8.5p, then we could do with a contract win or two. At least we have someone accumulating as there is value to be had at such low levels.

There is nothing worth taking over.
No assets, Cash dwindling, No decent products, No Sales, No Customer book worth anyone poaching.
No way back.
I agree they are still at this moment of time undervalued. That is probably all Union Discount is doing. Making a quick few bucks with limited downside.

still no trade ,,ss today well some one got a order and no shares too fill it hold fast and it go to 15p soon well peter gyllenhammes with his company bought 7.8%%%%%%% of tsp with union discount company limited is this a take over with faradays 41.9%%% if they with faraday then the two have near 49.7 % do not sell untill thay put the price up to 30p to make made right pleace and money ,,,and how did thay hide this trades as its not on barclays i can not belive i am the only t1pes pi to own or see some thinks fish y ss going on here TAKE OVER BY THE BACK DOOR

looked on barclays stock,,, and no trade ss but price up that tells me a big buy ,er needs stock to vote at the egm and is puting price up to get it or thay think warren buffet is going to use this company as a shell to buy uk companys he has said for a long time to like uk companys but do not like all the uk s rules like the 3%%%%%%%%%%% one he say ,,s you can not get the shares with out share price going up

Now the weak holders are out of the way, we first need a break above 7.25p. Then perhaps a contract win or two. Certainly one to consider tucking away at these levels?

of the Company's Shares.


- M&G Investment Management Limited notified that Prudential plc, and

As i understand it the people behind faraday are berkshire hathaway .In any event if the board are booted out i agree with made this could be a shell company with some juicy assets reversed in.

he say s kick the boss out at the egm and this is backed by the berkshire hathaway the owner of faraday which would like share holder value UP thay should get this to 20p thay could take tsp over and use it to buy uk companys with out use ing the berkshire hathaway name that puts the company S share price up when thay try and buy think about it,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, why is a big USA company after tsp if not that share price should be 13p now
