Yes, The building has been sold to the local Sikh community.

Selling price not known but probably less than market value to acheive quick sale.

Whats your Estimates of its Cash Shell Value if it closed today.
After all Liabilities I reckon maybe 1.5 Million if Lucky.
Value per share £0.0375. May be time to get out.

£4000 worth of shares! - must be Buffet.

When I sold my stake, 50000 shares would have cost £175000 .

Have you taken off the restructuring charge from the last round of redundancies after the half yearly results, plus the inevitable re-structuring costs when they close, plus the creditors, plus those debtors in far off lands arn't likely to pay up if the company winds down, plus the large costs of the building they have in Australia they can't get out off easily, plus they have sold most of their equipment in UK plus the building in the UK is unsold after how many months.

Lack of Cash in the "Cash Shell" may also be a pitfall to getting to 10p let alone 30p !!!!!

I'm struggling with this why would someone buy a failing company as a "cash shell" what benefit do they get compared to say just setting up a company by registering a new company name.

I guess there may be some sort of tax incentive that you could claim back any profit in the next few years against losses made by Telspec in the last 10 years which according to the new old team are 23m sterling. I still can't see a link to Buffet unless he goes via PG.

Made are you on commission from T1ps. Why should I pay eighty pounds so I can check if the Buffet links to Faraday started on his web site and inform him that he appears to be incorrect.
