08/8/2016 08:37 | Well the market, as at 8.36 a.m. anyway, seems to like the results for some reason. Hurrah. | dogwalker
08/8/2016 07:58 | Early door figures: Existing Canaccord forecast March 2016 for revenue, EBITDA and eps: $383m, $55.3m and 23c respectively. Using today's mid-price guidance: $380m, $56m and 27c respectively. In £ sterling, thats around 20p eps current year. | eagle eye
08/8/2016 07:45 | Better than expected guidance for the full year and better than expected interim dividend. | this_is_me
05/8/2016 21:38 | Yes; or perhaps it's that H&S look about the share price graph that's prompted the reaction today. | dogwalker
05/8/2016 18:19 | I just hope Monday's rns isn't leaky. Poor today in a strong market | davr0s
05/8/2016 16:18 | Telit weak this afternoon, possibly impacted by yesterday's Sierra Wireless Q2 announcement. Top-line growth weak, plus a more cautious short-term outlook. One bright spark was revenue from Cloud and Connectivity Services up 46.8% to $7.0m, compared to $4.8m in Q2 2015. Hopefully this should read across well for Telit on Monday. | eagle eye
05/8/2016 16:15 | Welcome tini5. Fingers crossed for the update re prospects on Monday then. | dogwalker
05/8/2016 15:26 | Just jumped on board. Looks a good prospect. | tini5
05/8/2016 13:30 | Canaccord's forecast (March 16)for the FY to Dec 16 and Dec 17 is 16.2p and 19.1p, with Peel Hunt (May16) 16.4p and 19.9p respectively. Both figures could be enhanced by 8 - 10% following the fall in £ sterling. Canaccord forecast revenue growth of approx 15% this year following the profit warning last October. Any resumption to more historic levels of growth will be an added bonus. H1 results and conference call on Monday will give us a good handle on current year trading/expectations | eagle eye
04/8/2016 17:21 | Any ideas about the forecast numbers in GBP now that the USD is around 75p? | this_is_me
04/8/2016 15:04 | I must say Telit are communicating more effectively than I can remember in the past, admittedly I only went on their email list a couple of months ago but today reveived this email 'Results Reminder for the 8th Sept' with details of presentations to follow and contact info, it's available online too.. My point being, from the days when they seemed to almost ignore shareholder concerns about too little information they now seem eager to make sure everyone gets it and I see that as a positive sign. | paleje
03/8/2016 07:14 | Telit Communications PLC Collaboration with Tech Mahindra to develop end-to-end IoT solutions London, 3 August 2016 - Telit Communications PLC (AIM: TCM, "Telit", the "Group"), a global enabler of the Internet of Things (IoT), has signed a multi-faceted collaboration agreement with Tech Mahindra Ltd (NSE: TechM, "Tech Mahindra"), a specialist in digital transformation, consulting and business re-engineering, to develop end-to-end solutions for the Internet of Things (IoT). The collaboration will entail combining and integrating Telit's leading portfolio of IoT products and services with Tech Mahindra's unmatched system integration and end-to-end enterprise solutions expertise. Tech Mahindra's IoT experts have been trained and are fully certified in designing end-to-end solutions around Telit IoT modules, connectivity and Cloud-based platforms. The collaboration will enable Telit and Tech Mahindra to offer clients complete end-to-end solutions such as IoT solution consulting, solution development and operations. This combined offering can reduce the complexity, risk, cost and time-to-market when compared with customers developing their own custom project in house. Telit and Tech Mahindra are already engaged in several industrial customer projects together, including a leading global heavy equipment company. Karthikeyan Natarajan, Senior Vice President & Global Head of Engineering Services at Tech Mahindra, said: "With Telit, we are each strategically focused on capitalizing on the exponential growth across many IoT verticals. Together we are well positioned to grow at a faster pace than or equal to the sector. "This collaboration will address the broad IoT solutions with particular emphasis on the industrial internet and Industry 4.0 programs of our manufacturing customers across Automotive, Aerospace, Medical, discrete and hi-tech manufacturing verticals." Yosi Fait, President and FD of Telit, commented: "Our joint capabilities can be easily applied to any corporate seeking to transform its business model using IoT enabled products and services. Our business synergies offer a new way for companies to exploit the IoT to enhance materially their businesses. 02/8/2016 10:34 | Lakehouse issued an RNS today confirming that the smart metering rollout is happening: 'The Group is pleased to announce the award of a £37m contract with Scottish Power for the installation of domestic smart meters across Northern Scotland, Wales and North West England. The Group expects to install more than 450,000 meters over the course of the Contract's five year term'. This reads across well for Telit: | eagle eye

27/7/2016 10:47 | I agree H1 results could be positive. 1. There are 10 sector verticals. Healthcare is the largest which accounts for approx 20% of turnover. Most of the others are around 10%, so good spread of risk. Management suggest growth in new vertical 'Enterprise and Corporate' is likely be significant over coming years. 2. Platform as a Service (PaaS) turnover was $26m last year. Telit suggest $35m, or approx 30% growth is achieveable this year which could accelerate further in 2017. Rapid scaling of PaaS is expected over the next 3 years as pilot schemes convert to rollout. 3. Rapid scale to platform as system integrators/reseller 4. As Oozi Cats said at the AGM, this is a complex company but a very simple business. Telit has flexibility in CapEx or OpEx to manage market expectations. Last year's EBITDA of $45.3m was bang in the middle of market guidance of $42-47m. 6. Telit continues to invest heavily in R & D ($51.2m in 2015). The company doesn't write off to the P & L as incurred, but amortizes it over 5 years. 5. Operating cashflow is strong, so Telit has no need to raise funds (quote Oozi Cats, AGM). 6. At the AGM, the growth expectations for H2 was said to be strong. Maybe too soon to suggest an earnings upgrade, but H1 results will provide a timely update to current year expectations. | eagle eye
27/7/2016 08:42 | I thought a 60K seller @ 256p at the opening would put a cap on share price performance today, but a buyer cleared them at 8.27am. Sometimes it shows how wrong you can be. | eagle eye
