The six figure trades (buy and sell) don`t seem to affect the price at all.

I'm trading this one at the moment as it's yo-yoing nicely but long term it's a winner. Basically a good one for traders and investors alike.

bazildonbond,

I guess only time will prove how TCM plays out. I think you are being a bit unfair to Paul Scott as he holds a lot of long term positions and declares all his positions. He called GBO right for a longtime before that sad situation finally played out. I'd be cautious of brokers as they make much of their money in the form of fees from companies and few ever issue sell notes, even when companies are is a right mess! A 5% rise doesn't make anyone right or wrong.....

Thanks eagle eye, credit has to go to Paul Scott for his skills at deciphering and explaining how different companies choose to window dress their accounts.

I find myself questioning why they are paying a dividend and buying back their own shares and at the same time they announce this loan from the Italian government and how that will allow them to increase their R&D spend. Contradictory messages in my opinion.

The read across from Paul Scott is that Oozi is using divi money Telit has borrowed to pay in order to buy more shares. I need some reassurance here !!

Think this is probably the bottom or as near as - RSI indicates oversold if that's anything to go by so should be due a bounce.

Telit Announces Major Updates to IoT Portal

London, September 6, 2016 – Telit, a global enabler of the Internet of Things (IoT), today announced major updates to their IoT Portal. Now, users can switch network providers on the fly, ensure data continuity, search their environments more effectively and benefit from improved event and edge processing. The Telit IoT Portal is a cloud-based IoT subscription service, powered by Telit’s deviceWISE IoT Platform. The Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) features a low cost pay-as-you-go service plan and lets you get started without any upfront investment. Telit’s do-it-yourself cloud service enables instant access to all the necessary tools and resources for all Telit Services and lets you create and manage your own IoT solutions from a single, intuitive web interface.

"Telit brings to market a unique selling proposition of being a single-source for both device connectivity hardware and application enablement middleware," says Dima Tokar, CTO and head analyst of MachNation. "MachNation sees tremendous value in the use of IoT Application Enablement Platforms (AEPs) as middleware. AEPs reduce the complexity behind the development of scalable, secure, enterprise-grade, end-to-end IoT solutions."

These product enhancements empower users with direct control, give them the tools to extract additional business intelligence from data and expand the sophistication of event processing at the edge and in the Cloud.

deviceWISE Asset Gateway Store and Forward Function
Prevent loss of data when data transport connections are temporarily broken with this gateway functionality.By storing all incoming data and then automatically sending it once the connection is restored – S&F maintains data continuity to ensure information integrity in high value enterprise apps.Implementation of this capability reduces time to deployment by eliminating custom code development through simple setup configurations.

64-Bit Versions for the deviceWISE Asset and Enterprise Gateways
Expanding their compatibility with the next generation of machines and platforms, Telit is introducing 64-bit version of its industry leading deviceWISE Asset and Enterprise Gateway SW in systems such as Cisco Industrial Routers and those that run on popular Linux operating systems.

Switch
A roaming network selection tool that empowers users to make on the fly, proactive changes of network provider at the subscriber’s level. Now, Switch is even easier to use because it is available on the IoT Portal.

Enhanced Search
Giving Telit clients an easier way to find specific information on an ever-growing number of things and connections in their environments, the new enhanced search function accurately performs “” searches among thousands of things to find a client by their properties, alarms, attributes, and more.

Cloud Logic
Custom designed event logic executed when application-defined events occur within the Application Enablement Platform (AEP). With simple “if this, then that” instructions, users can quickly develop and execute event-driven actions based on device data in the portal. With the new Multi-Action Sequential Triggers, users can build complex event logic with branching logic – all using a new graphical programming canvas similar to Telit’s standalone deviceWISE Workbench.

The Telit IoT Portal is our cloud-based IoT subscription service, powered by deviceWISE, the industry’s most comprehensive set of tools and resources for any end-to-end IoT deployment. The IoT Portal lets users manage connectivity, devices, and data from a single intuitive web-based interface, which also includes extensive administration and security, and application development functions – making it easy to seamlessly connect and integrate “things to apps”.

Connecting your “things” to the Cloud has never been easier with the free deviceWISE developer trial. As a “pay-as-you-grow” service, the deviceWISE cloud-based IoT service has no cost of entry and offers instant and full access to a mature comprehensive platform, tools and developer resources – from prototyping through large-scale commercialization from day one. Click HERE to connect up to ten devices with your free trial.

These new enhancements will be demonstrated at the Telit booth #4832 at CTIA Super Mobility 2016, taking place at the Sands Expo, Las Vegas, September 7 through 9.

Positive announcement this morning:

Telit introduces five new LTE IoT Modules for North American and European markets

London, 23 August 2016 - Telit Communications PLC ("Telit", "the Group", AIM: TCM), a global enabler of the Internet of Things (IoT), announces a new portfolio of LTE IoT modules. The portfolio includes four LTE Cat M1 modules for the American market and one LTE Cat NB1 module for the European market.

Telit's new portfolio of LTE modules addresses the strong global demand from the industry for Cat M1 and NB1 (LPWA) modules, which enable a wide variety of new product concepts, and the increasing demand in the US market for migration paths away from 2G.

Cat M1 and NB1 standards were devised to address the specific needs of IoT applications, offering optimised power consumption and enhanced coverage.

The LTE Cat M1 generation of enhanced machine type communication (eMTC) products support power saving mode and extended discontinuous reception which, when combined, provides years of battery life. The battery life of devices using LTE Cat NB1 can last for up to 10 years or more.

The new portfolio of IoT-optimised LTE modules are compliant with the newly approved Release 13 standard set by the 3rd Generation Partnership Project (3GPP), a collaboration between seven telecommunications standard development organisations aimed at developing global standards for 3G mobile systems.

The modules begin sampling later this year with commercial availability expected in early 2017, in alignment with the current service launch timelines of American operators.

Oozi Cats, Telit's Chief Executive, said:
"The launch of this new range of LTE IoT modules enables us to provide our customers with a complete portfolio of compliant products in order to better service their evolving needs.
"This standard includes two branches, M1 and NB1, offering optimised power consumption and enhanced coverage."

The new portfolio will be featured at CTIA Super Mobility 2016 on Telit's booth at Sands Expo, Las Vegas, Booth #4832 from 7-9 September 2016.

This is a useful site for tracking shorts: hxxp://shorttracker.co.uk/company/GB00B06GM726/all

Agree with the 5 years + comment but I think better top up opportunities are available in the 230-240 range.
