The bulk of TCM earnings from overseas and non-Europe so if the pound fell on a leave vote them TCM would benefit I would say.

Chairman's £226k underwater already, clearly wasn't deterred by Brexit. The whole market seems paralysed by the spectre and/or rest of world growth stall but I don't think Brexit is a genuine concern here.

40% of total revenue comes from EMEA which they don't break down but they do say UK business is substantial so if you attribute say half of that amount to UK and Middle East/ Africa, then it means the other half, or ~20% of total revenue, would be exposed to EU post Brexit *if that happens* and if it did, *so what?*. Are they going to stop buying good trusted products? I think not, business will continue.

World growth is another matter but IoT will continue to expand imo.

I don't know what Ennismore see or 'saw', perhaps they're looking for an exit during the Brexit run-up.

The results not good imho but now everyone is trying to find some excuse for no up movement.
Mine is something obvious Brexit uncertainty a plus possible impact on telecoms sector of the group.

The Company announces that it was notified on 30 May 2016 that on 27 May 2016, Mr. Enrico Testa, the Company's Chairman, purchased 100,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") at an average price of 226.5 pence per share.

Following the transaction, Mr. Testa owns, or is directly interested in, 1,155,500 Ordinary Shares, representing 1.0% of the total voting rights in the Company.
