RNS Number : 9741A
Endeavors PLC
08 August 2008

8 August 2008

Endeavors PLC (in administration) (the Company)
Appointment of joint administrators
Cancellation of Listing

On 15 July 2008 the Company announced it could not complete a fundraising and the
suspension of the Company's ordinary shares. On 18
July 2008 the Company announced it had insufficient working capital to be admitted to AIM and
that the ordinary shares would not be
cancelled from the Official List. On 31 July 2008 the Company announced the filing of a notice
of intention to appoint administrators.
The directors of the Company have appointed today as joint administrators of the Company,
pursuant to paragraph 22 of Schedule B1 to the
Insolvency Act 1986, Richard Dixon Fleming and Mark Granville Firmin both of KPMG LLP (the
'Joint Administrators').
A request has been made to the UK Listing Authority that the listing of the Company's
ordinary shares on the Official List of the London
Stock Exchange and the admission of its ordinary shares to trading on the main market for
listed securities of the London Stock Exchange plc
be cancelled. These cancellations are expected to take effect at 8.00 a.m. on Monday 11 August
2008.
The Company acting by the Joint Administrators has entered into a sale agreement to sell
the business and assets of the Company that
include the Company's trading subsidiaries, Endeavors Technologies Inc and Stream Theory Inc,
to a newly incorporated company Acresail
Limited.
There is no prospect of the Company's shareholders receiving a dividend from the
administration.
Enquiries in relation to the administration of Endeavors PLC should be addressed to Chris
Scott or Sharon Gladish on 0113 254 2920.

(Energis was put into Administration....and the shareholder got 0...yet a party was offering to give each share holder 5p per share...the administrators turned it down....and carved the company up for themselves by stipping the assets...The pecking order is HMG, Primary Creditors, Bondholders, Shareholders(if theres any thing left)....My fear is that the patents may be sold off to satisfy the creditors.)

......there have been a couple of good turn-arounds...Marconi and British Energy come to mind.., both ended up....but carried on,.. with consolidations of shares at 50 to one...but the problem now is the `credit crunch`....good luck.

Once in administration...Lee has no input or say...the lawyers no take over....and their fees are in excess of £1,000 p/hour.

The shares sank so much and no further monies were raised to keep this outfit afloat the shares ended up in suspension.

Administration is imminent

A couple of pieces from the Endevours Website...the 90 days will take you through to mid September...presumably they`ll be around untill then?

`On the 23rd June 2008 the Company changed its name from Tadpole Technology Plc to Endeavors plc.`

`This website is being revised and integrated with the main Endeavors web site over the next 90 days. Be sure to revisit us soon!`

from the rns.

Further to the announcement of 15 July 2008, Endeavors Plc ("Endeavors" or "the Company") confirms that the cancellation of its ordinary shares from the Official List that was planned for close of business today will not take place.

another option is they might go back to the Official list

I`m not a share holder....but know someone who is...and my personal comment is .......that `another` fund raising campaign was in the offing during June. For `END` to decide move to the main AIM from the `Official List` may have been the necessary requirement for Institutional backing. The fact that the move had already been initiated implies that a `nod and a wink` had already been given....I can only surmise that those involved in promoting `END` to enter the main AIM market.....are now turning on the thumb screws and the board doesn`t like it. `END` must have known the rules governing entry into the main market prior to application and cancellation from the `Official List`. My conclusion being, whoever backs `END` will want a large slice of the cake....the most prominent backer that comes to mind is NTT....in either a partnership or takeover.(ps...the last set of results were not very encouraging)
(my opinion only)

(just another passing thought...are those that are turning the `thumb screws`, the same that decided to change the name of the company?)

good luck....
