01/5/2008 11:15 | They have to sort the 'cash flow' out. Who are these new directors and where do they get their money from? How many shares have they got and how many will they get, more pertinently? Are they selling or are they buying? Uhhhmmm? I'm not buying! Not until I know the new agenda anyway! | valentine

30/4/2008 08:46 | Cheers Beau. I should think TAD will at some point in the future start to get something from Wyse per user. When this happens is anyone's guess and I would think depends on how the agreement was drawn up. Hopefully if software firms start to allow streaming in their license terms, it should start to earn revenue in time. Peter Bondar should know a thing or two about earning ongoing revenues like this from his time at ARM holdings where they receive a royalty per chip (this usually varies according to sales levels). Future schemes streaming Microsoft products (notwithstanding existing ones) should be much more straightforward and begin earning straight away. It takes time of course to build an ongoing revenue base and in the long run it will be much more profitable to operate like this, both for TAD and their customers too in my opinion. Early days though! | chimak quarg
30/4/2008 08:08 | CQ, minimum quarterly royalties before the deal was extended last year I believe was $150k per quarter. What it is now, we know not, very little was revealed last fiscal report bearing in mind the one off payments from the patent infringement agreements and/or any ongoing clicks (unlikely imo) which is why cash burn outstrips income and the need for funding as the team has been enlarged during Bondar's building process. AIMHO Beau | monty333
29/4/2008 22:51 | Has anyone any idea how much revenue or royalty Wyse might be contributing? The streaming software costs roughly £175 per seat and then £30 per year thereafter. I can't find any sales figures but I remember they did some kind of deal with Lenovo at the end of last year. It might be good at least in terms of viral marketing! | chimak quarg
29/4/2008 22:14 | Just thought I would pop my head around the door! What happening here then, how many shares in issue now, have they found HP yet? M | moneylender
29/4/2008 17:17 | Oh dear and I was hoping to buy a new crystal ball from all the luvverrly profits..I smashed the last effing one in a fit of pique once a long long time ago. When can we expect future perfect again?....the mists the mists I can't penetrate the mists. It is supposed to have been merely a 'healthy retreat' today Beau and the faithful will return with their ships to the sea again tomorrow, all bright smiles hopefully Jamaikee bound on the next Spring tide..oh dear! King's shilling bedammed I'll not be shanghai'd again! | valentine
29/4/2008 17:10 | I'm not gloomy, I didn't buy into the spike, I never do as I've never trusted them, more interesting in the future bearing in mind over a year ago it didn't look as if there was one. My only agenda has been hoping/praying news, real news, would lift the share price genuinely, hence minimising dilution. Alas, not to be. Beau | monty333 |
