30/5/2008 18:29 | The gravy train has been going at full steam for many years. This company has not achieved anything in the last 10 years, except to extract money from shareholders and subsequently burn through that cash quite quickly. They bounce from one idea to the next, each time promising it will be the best thing since sliced bread and delivery absolutely nothing. Cash on balance sheet £133,000 - you can see why they say insuficient capital to fund the business. Still they will probably raise another £500,000 to keep the gravy train from hitting the buffers for a while yet - and the destruction of shareholder value is still firmly on track. What a time to release results 15:43 on a friday afternoon. | snappy
30/5/2008 17:53 | I would love to see a breakdown of the 1,189 Selling and Marketing costs. ie: Actual cost of salaries Cost of bonuses Cars for the sales people Fuel Subsistence Hospitality Could be some room for reduction? Seems to be a large chunk of money in this sector Although I am not saying it is the case here, I have had experience of salespeople getting a sale at all costs not bothering with, is the customer creditworthy and will the company get paid. The only interest is getting the sale to make sure their commission is paid and they have recovered the expenses of getting the sale. Everyone else has to try and pick up the pieces afterwards and no one in the higher positions seem to think this is a problem. As has been said by others, seems to be a general year on year loss and chipping away at shareholder value. I agree with gravy train sentiments | geminian

29/5/2008 17:03 | LOL! I'll tell you what I know LOTL Tadpole has a market cap of £8.8m, continues to lose significant amounts of money year in, year out and is almost skint once again. The begging bowl is going to get passed around institutional and 'soph isticated' private investors once again, however this time the bowl has not been filled to the brim with money. | snappy
