Well double digit rise again two days running on no news although nearly a month since that directors wife bought millions of shares the graph is looking good and is nearly at the point of a spike to 0.5p imho dyor

In my opinion the decision to only drill 3 holes at Bay State so late in the year is pathetic performance by PC and his gang. If PC truly thought there was silver in them there hills you would have thought he would have been sat at the bottom of the hill in his drilling rig in March waiting for the snow to clear. If he had drilled in March then we could now have been on the resource drilling programme. However by the time the results of the latest set of holes are known the snow will have returned and that's it for another year.

Let's kick the can down the road as far as possible until the money has run out and then announce Bay State is a dud

Hmmmmmmmmmmmmmm if the rns was that good, why has the share price dropped eh? this is a dog share and some short positions are starting to impact, sit tight peeps sub 0.20's coming :)

what people need to think here is Bay project is historical mine area, there is known mineraliztion here of vast proportion. the thick veins are so rich it could be nevada's next big silver mine, one of americas large silver mines. fresinillo will be keeping keep eye on this. they will already know roughly what is there, but they have enough on hands to cope. but another silver mine is a rare rare event.

one of big US miner might well like to take slice of action if grades continue so they can accelerate the drill program to get to large resource in half the time.

for now i stick to a £20million capitilization target for this project. and increase with hopeful spectacule news.

Sunrise Resources plc (ticker symbol 'SRES'), the AIM-traded diversified mineral exploration and development company ("the Company"), is pleased to announce a date for the start of the second phase of drilling at its Bay State Silver Project in Nevada.



HIGHLIGHTS:



· Drill programme to commence on Tuesday 7th September; expected duration 2 weeks.



· Three drill holes planned as follow up to high-grade silver mineralisation found in Phase 1 drilling.



· Two holes to test Chihuahua Vein south of Mining Canyon and beneath 19th/20th Century mine workings.



· Additional hole planned as first test of Lincoln Vein System.



· Archaeological clearance work completed satisfactorily.



· Assay results expected within 6 weeks of programme completion.



· Objective is to demonstrate continuity of mineralisation along strike, to justify a substantial resource definition drilling programme and a scoping study for the development of future mining operations.





Commenting today, Executive Chairman Patrick Cheetham said: "We are pleased to be announcing a start date for drilling, and we look forward to releasing results as soon as they become available."

Well done giant on the big gains of some of your Sres. Of course some will always make money (but only if they sell). My argument is the history of this company. It flatters to deceive. I have been here since day one. Not one of the many supposedly breathtaking projects has come to fruition. This may change but I wouldn't hold my breath. I actually sold a tranche for over 7p about December 2010 (having bought them for around 1p). At the time I was so far in profit I could have bought a yacht. Unfortunately I held on to 90% of my holding and have watched it slide into oblivion. A hard lesson I had to learn. Good luck with your investments.
