Directors shares issue , so this year they awarded themselves twice as many as last year ! . It doesn't take a genius to figure out our share price is lower and that directors have considered this when they got there gratis shares . Question ? How much time do these directors actually devote to the I tersts if sunrise ? Not slit considering the other directorships they have . A bloody disgrace cheat em .

Only if EP Minerals cough up the $450K early or PC sells some of his spades on ebay. Otherwise as we only had GBP67K in the bank at year end its further dilution unless PC knows something he's not telling us PI's.


One question I was going to ask is does anybody at SRES check the TYM time sheets before issuing the 49mil shares LOL

At least the directors have their shares issue to look forward to in the next three weeks . It's about time Patrick updated his investors as to what the hell is going on here .

He might be better off reversing what he did many years ago, i.e. re-uniting Sunsrise's assets (?) with those of TYM and collapsing the 2 companies back into one also. The boys in the suits can calculate the share proportions etc but those of us who hold shares in both companies (for historical reasons) might at least know that admin costs might be reduced and that management might have a nore focused approach to realising the available assets.


This - and TYM - are penny shares and the performance of both companies reflects very badly on Patrick Cheetham. Not so much the shares prices of both companies, but much more the inability of the management to see the way through to production and to build the necessary partnerships without which penny-share companies cannot hope to survive.

So lets see what PC will announce today to the share holders.

My view is that as the silver at Bay State is not going anywhere soon the best outcome from today is that PC announces no further fund raising / dilution and suspension on digging new holes and we wait for EP Minerals to cough up the $450k in 15 months (or sooner)and then start the next drill phase.

Perhaps the only hope for me is you Giantpeach. If you look at the history of TYM and SRES you would have to say I have no idea how the AIM market works or else I wouldn't be here, would I?

But the one thing that I have learnt over the 15 yrs is how to spot Bull Sh!t when I read it.

Apparantly Patrick Cheetham has been regularly seen visiting bookie's shops in Macclesfield. It seems that he backed Ruby Walsh's Un De Sceaux at Ascot yesterday at 1/2. Patrick really knows how to pick them - follow Patrick and you wont go wrong.
