Oh well ,seems after many years of continuous hole drilling that the markets will not change / or give this company any credit . Maybe it's due to the fact that all they have done is continually let there investors down over the years . Doesn't help when we have ridiculous spreads

Really hard to say what this morning's deal means, it is a free ride for EP for 18 months, at which time they can walk away. And the royalty rate isn't given as far as I can see, nor what it is based on, the value of the mined material or the value of the treated product.

On the other hand, if it becomes a regularly paying royalty with a life of 25 years plus, it could be worth a great deal.

Market isn't impressed.

Well ones thing for sure Patrick will be facing the wrath of investors at the agm. I wonder what the institutional a will think of his next round of fundraising .

I suspect we will get the Project update this week before the finals next week. Lets hope PC has done the deal on the Diatomite with EP Minerals for the funding of more holes. Wishful thinking

Yes it's that good a plan he isn't bothered about sharing it with his investors . So what / when / where / what is he doing about second drilling phase , has it commenced and is it being funded from some other source besides shares issue ? If not how is he proposing to fund this drill programme ? We wee promised an update on diamante according to an rns last April . It may of escaped your notice Patrick as you have been digging lots of holes it's now rapidly approaching December .When are you to provide some value here to shareholdersAre you going to stop issuing shares to fat cat directors ?i ask this as our share price is at rock bottom and the board just seem to think it's acceptable to award themselves more shares .An Our our sharep

I don't know what you are all on about. I'm sure Patrick has a really good plan and the share price is gonna increase by at least a thousand percent shortly making all interested parties a small fortune. Ha- I nearly said that with a straight face!

What a ridiculous announcement. Sister company Tertiary Minerals made the same announcement over 18 months ago on 24.4.14. If I remember rightly the share price was about 7p at the time. Tertiary Minerals now stands at less than 2p. Complete shambles.

This is one of the most childish annoucements from a company that I can remember. When it "... advises that it is unaware of any undisclosed reason for this decline ..." is the Company (i.e. Patrick Cheetham BSc (Geology, 1st Class Hons)), is it(he) so ingenuous that it doesn't recognise that it is its own inability do an appropriate JV deal that would provide the cash and the impetus to bring just ONE project forward to production or at least to a point where the Company might attract a bidder. Patrick Cheetham - you are a disgrace! But then, AIM is littered with similar stories.

What about the Diatomite Patrick, nothing since 27th April so its no use having silver in the ground if you have no cash to get it out unless further dilution of the SP
