25/6/2004 18:10 | Greystone said... "Six months on energyi decided it was time to resurrect Downscale your spending: Raise your Life . Some interesting ideas there. I've already proved to myuself that the theory is sound. Have you tried it?" Hmmm... I wonder what he meant. Was it the plastic bag trick, or the yoga? | energyi
25/6/2004 11:31 | Mart lol Apparently it's not illegal. Same as if your neighbour lets you use their hosepipe to wash your car/water your garden etc. For the best deals on domestic piping, ask any water company bloke in a van. He will sell it to you dirt cheap and probably fit it for you for a few quid on a Monday, when he's on a sicky! P.S. If the water company ever ask you why your consumpion has dropped, just tell them your diluting it :-) | bahtat
25/6/2004 11:19 | Bahtat, I'm going to report you to the water company :-) BTW, where can I get the best deal on plastic piping? | mart

24/6/2004 16:33 | Tip 27: On a water meter? Large Family? Large bills? Find a neighbour NOT on a meter, offer them £50pa, pipe in water from them! | bahtat

24/6/2004 14:56 | I only wish I could teach my beloved dog Yoga,...yet another visit this week to the Vets for "consultations" about his itchiness which resulted in an injection, and yet more pills. Its a sign of stress I am sure yet all his needs are looked after and he lives a life of luxury. Maybe thats the problem, short commons and longer walks perhaps | paulismyname

04/5/2004 14:43 | Stuffed mine in my pension - prepared to wait if I have to but not sure the wait will be long. I'm not really one to buy a stock for a bid but feel that when they turn this back around it should fly. Meantime there's all those grossly undervalued assets Petchey seems to want to get his hands on - 22% now, might not have long to wait and perhaps he'll want to make his move before the business looks like it's turning around.
