Dividends The directors propose a final dividend for the year ended 29 January 2005 of 1.25 pence per limited voting ordinary share and management share. Subject to approval, the final dividend will be paid on 29 September 2005 to all shareholders on the register on 2 September 2005. |
Posted at 09/5/2005 15:45 by dusseldorf Looks good for the long-term though performance may not be sustained. If the company paid 60p for 6,000,000 shares I would suspect the price will stabalise at around 90p in the medium term at 30% discount to NAVDoes anyone know when the dividend date is? |

Posted at 23/8/2002 09:45 by niggle Shares are 30p to sell (market price). I get 10p per share special dividend and 45p per share if I want to take part in the capital reduction. So the shares are worth 55p if I want to get rid of them. Seems like a fair offer?Any thoughts out there? |
Posted at 29/7/2001 23:05 by jrb Could take some time, ddatt7: these situations usually take a few months, at least, to resolve. I bought Time Products in August last year, and the story is not quite over yet (bid at 190p plus 5.5p dividend still not quite finalised). A bit luckier with Bentalls, though (bought at 101.5p on 1 June, bid at 173p 28 June).Things do seem to be livening up at Stylo. There was an interesting cross trade of 1.7m shares on Friday (should find out tomorrow who bought and who sold). |
