26/4/2016 14:07 | Cheers infocusint. £2 seems like a realistic target;as long as one is not too much of a hurry. The share price remains a puzzle(for me)today, with the current state of play being 6.095 bid whilst no stock is being offered; against the(supposed)mid price of 6 pence. Surely the MMs need to readjust the STL share price. | mudbath
26/4/2016 13:03 | Mud bath GHT were good to me, but not 100 bagger, so not a multimillion air. I need STL to get to £2.00 for that. Regards Infocusint. | infocusint
26/4/2016 11:47 | AGM Wednesday, 18 May 2016 at 11.30am – at the offices of on RSM UK Audit LLP, 25 Farringdon Street, London EC4A 4AB. I hope someone from the thread will attend, enjoy and provide some feedback,as I will be away on the 18th. I had been seeking a link to the presentation that Stilo gave, along with IBM’s Mike Iantosca, at CMS/DITA North America 2016 . Stilo have advised me that although the conference sessions were not recorded, they are repeating the presentation as part of the Stilo DITA Knowledge Series on Wednesday 15 June at 5,00pm BST,with the necessary link for registration being available on the STL website. The share price shows a fall to just 6.00 pence this morning, yet the bid currently stands at 6.095;its fourth consecutive small incremental increase over recent days.(bizarre) Looking good all round, nevertheless,i | mudbath
21/4/2016 09:27 | (How are you implementing the recent Court of Justice of the European Union (CJEU) decision on the right to be forgotten? The recent ruling by the Court of Justice of the European Union has profound consequences for search engines in Europe.) I think that the above ruling is hindering my search for the IBM link. Langland,I am pleased to see that infocusint supplied the information sought. INFOCUSINT It is good to see you here .I am still(after all these years) regretting not buying into your recommendation that I should invest in GHT(100 bagger). Are you now a millionaire several times over? | mudbath
18/4/2016 12:52 | Many thanks. | langland
18/4/2016 12:47 | Langland May 18th AGM. | infocusint
17/4/2016 18:10 | Thanks Mud. Will try my best re link. If you are not able to get it then it sounds ominous. | firth
17/4/2016 15:49 | I haven't been able to find the date and place for the AGM. Any idea? | langland
17/4/2016 14:33 | Have a safe trip firth. If you are stuck for something to do(after sampling the pleasures of Raiders Reef)possibly you could try to find a link to the recent Stilo IBM presentation in Reston. Anything will do, be it Audio/Slideshare/or Transcript. Cheers. | mudbath
15/4/2016 18:21 | Its a tricky one to enquire about baa. Which ever it might be,I still feel that your "blimey" pretty well sums the future up. Let us see how the AGM pans out. | mudbath
15/4/2016 15:27 | thanks mud...."full production" are odd words to use & probably why I overlooked it . Does it mean the full production version of authorbridge is being deployed or that they are deploying it fully ?.....you may know it's the latter but hopefully they'll clarify in their next statement. If you're right about this meaning a roll-out across IBM , then blimey indeed as a a first step. | baa
15/4/2016 15:15 | Hi baa. Extracted from the recent prelims. "We have made considerable progress with the development of AuthorBridge in 2015, working closely with an internationally renowned customer that has helped guide our technical efforts. Following successful beta testing, AuthorBridge is now scheduled to be deployed by them in full production in the coming months." The "internationally renowned customer" was named by Les Burnham, possibly inadvertently,in a recent STL webinar,as IBM. | mudbath
15/4/2016 13:30 | mud , can you point me to the formal Stilo/IBM announcement re authorbridge rollout . I had missed that completely. Thanks | baa
15/4/2016 13:12 | Like most people on here I too offer my 'congrats'to you for the way things are progressing. Yesterday was fantastic, 1p rise in the share price Not far off what you started buying them at. The MM still like to 'tree shake'. What is the position now with Brewin Dolphin ? If we could get rid of them the handbrake would be off ,and they could fly as fast as me to Tucson next Monday, Mud !!!!!! | firth
15/4/2016 10:46 | mud - well said and I concur completely and though Stilo is, as you say, still generally unrecognised in the market, even the sporadic but consistent buys we are currently seeing IS an indicator of change in market sentiment. We are now at multi year highs but still very low MC. The share price chart tells you everything about the progress the company is making. I am long long term here. | dibs61
14/4/2016 17:13 | Indeed battlebus. Today's closing price represents a multi year high. We just need a chirpy AGM and some new investors coming on board for STL to catch the imagination of a wider audience. Within Stilo's strengthening IBM ties, via AuthorBridge, lies the opportunity for STL to forge new business relationships with just about every large global corporate. At this point I would once again provide a refresher of Bakunin's prescient post of almost a year ago "So, I'm pondering over AuthorBridge being introduced into a crowded market place for DITA publishing tools, it being targetted at SMEs and for occasional use. I'm wondering where the demand for such an offering could be and why, if it is targetted at SMEs and for occasional use, would a major enterprise, possibly IBM, be beta-testing this product. Why would SMEs want to use such a tool? What if they were forced to provide documentation in DITA format and existing DITA publishing tools are very expensive for an occasional contribution. What if a condition of performing sub-contract work for an organisation like IBM were that they provide documentation in DITA format. What if it were more convenient for an organisation like IBM to standardise all of its sub-contractors around a cloud-based tool like AuthorBridge, AuthorBridge possibly becoming a kind of documentation collaboration tool between say IBM and its sub-contractors. IBM get to mandate documentation in DITA format and sub-contractors performing occasional work for IBM wouldn't need to invest in expensive software just for that one single task. If such a scenario were to pan out then AuthorBridge, especially with a capability to perform automatic conversion of legacy material (which I presume would be a big differentiator from the competition and only really made effective because of Omnimark), could become a serious, mission-critical, scalable tool, nay platform, commanding revenue streams much superior to those that Stilo has produced in the past. There would also be a clear development roadmap, turning the app bit by bit into a full collaboration tool/platform between major IT service providers and sub-contractors, leading to SaaS licence fees from major organisations as well as the ongoing usage fees from sub-contractors. If the above is not pie in the sky, then I can't wait for them to launch this damn AuthorBridge product." And so it came to pass ! The world is now seemingly Stilo's oyster ,for it has now been formally announced that Stilo AuthorBridge will commence being employed across the whole IBM estate as the year progresses. For me Stilo International remains a particularly exciting and generally unrecognised investment opportunity. Nice !! | mudbath
14/4/2016 16:54 | Well it's nearly up with those clouds now Mudbath... | battlebus2
14/4/2016 13:24 | Dibs61 As you said, today's rise just about puts us back to the upward trend line, which if is extended by a few more months could well result in that initial 10 pence target being breached. Next month's AGM statement could move things on even faster. | mudbath
14/4/2016 12:40 | Thanks PJ1. Whats going on here is that we could just be about to see some recognition of Stilo's huge potential.imo. | mudbath
14/4/2016 11:08 | What's going on today? Big rise on one 25k trade? Must be a larger delayed buy or two?? | dibs61
14/4/2016 10:24 | Good luck Mudbath. Certainly looks like i will break out | pj 1
14/4/2016 09:49 | Next stop (on the journey) looks like it could be 7 pence. After that its just a matter of time before the share price (at last)catches fire. imo. | mudbath
12/4/2016 10:36 | To get Migrate where it is now has taken many years, initially spoken about in 2008. This will continue to grow so profits overall for the business for the current year should grow and with them now pushing AB out the growth should follow through in the coming years. AB will certainly contribute in 2016 but not on a big scale. That contribution should come through in 2017, 2018 onward. Management also said in their end of year results that cash reserves continue to be strong and I think they paid around £90,000 in overall dividends for the whole of 2015. With profits of £272,000 and a cash balance of £1,318,000 and growing they can certainly afford to raise the current 2016 dividends by the same 33% or even higher. Obviously, in the meantime they will continue working on AB and introduce Migrate into other markets as they have plenty of time on their hands to do this as they can more or less absolutely guarantee dividend increase going forward. IBM, even if they do not contribute a big amount of money, will certainly open doors to other well established organisations who will pile in in due course. Definitely exciting times for those who are prepared to be patient. In closing, I think you are absolutely right, a takeover will certainly come round in due course. | stilolosses
12/4/2016 07:54 | You hit it on the head SL - "Pricing will be based upon a low-cost annual licensing model, and while not significantly impacting results in 2016, it will serve to establish a firm foundation for growth in revenues and profits in future years". Which translated means we are to receive peanuts from IBM but we live in hope they and others will pay us more as the years tick by imo. Much like Migrate is it not - dividend increase provides hope to the masses as the cash pile is there to cover it. Time will tell but it will be time, bar a takeover I guess. | clocktower |
