Terra Energy was established in February 2008 and will be renamed Fastnet Oil & Gas following a reverse takeover of AIM shell Sterling Green Group plc [SGG]

Fastnet Oil & Gas is a new junior explorer established by the directors of Cove Energy plc to initially focus on the Celtic Sea and longer term East and North Africa where the Directors and Advisory Board have significant experience.

The Advisory Board and Board will include key members of the Cove Energy team: John Craven - Advisory Board (CEO of Cove Energy); Stephen Staley - CEO (NED of Cove) and Michael Nolan - NED (FD of Cove).

The company's existing assets include small interests in the Celtic Sea and applications have been lodged for three highly prospective licensing options also in the Celtic Sea. The Directors expect these licences to be approved after Admission on AIM (and the ESM in Ireland).

The issue is well over subscibed and likely to go absolutely mental on AIM

This is obviously really great news for LEG who are founder shareholders in Terra Energy aka Fastnet Oil & Gas.

Watch LEG make new highs next month or even better buy now and enjoy the major re-rating in the LEG share price.

My short term share price target for LEG is 0.5p

any idea on timing of the Terra Energy IPO... think the cash is being used to buy more shares?



LEG are currently looking at some really interesting deals moreforus. We should all hear more shortly.

With regards to the TERRA ENERGY IPO....Terra Energy is being renamed Fastnet Oil & Gas and reversed in to an AIM shell [Sterling Green]

The placing was seriously over subscribed as the boys behind Fastnet Oil & Gas are all COVE ENERGY

The stock should take off on listing which can only be good for LEG!!!!

Ok thanks for the advice this will soar it's a no brainer I have 190000 Sgg which even if they half my holdig at 11 p placing price is 10000 gla this will become the star of aim gkp springs to mind I will be topping up big time buy buy buy

brickty, I fancy some of these, you should follow winners and there is enough of Cove's team onboard to give you confidence.

If its a RTO which is what I would expect it wont be next week, I am sure AIM rules require an EGM & AD. The EGM I think needs 30 day's notice.

Happy to be corrected, but its also not on the LSE list for relist for the next month either.

I spoke to someone at Sgg last week i was told this week for re listing. Any Sgg holder is in for a big payout possibly 1000% premium buy buy buy the city will go crazy for fast net oil and gas with the involvement of ex cove board. The billion dollar upside is on the way the cove boys will have a big dead cert in Africa this will multi bagg drastically from ipo price £ share price instantly rock nominees got 10 per cent for a reason gla

Sgg holders have hit the jackpot with the reverse takeover of cash shell sterling green . they have a small net interest value in the Connemara field that SLE operates & has sat on for ages & yet no news on this field as yet from SLE - but potential holds hundreds of millions of barrels of oil

the other field Fastnet own has a small NPV value according to the presentation someone posted on the Logp board today - very early stage co but good medium term potential

great if you get them in the 11p placing or hold SGG but should shoot up in the 1st few days on the back of the Ex Cove BoD's on board

I've spoken to them listing late next week with a combination of high impact drilling and the cove energy team this will multi bagg 10 fold. Buy buy buy as soon as oil and gas floats the market will send it soaring people will buy in and hold waiting for the massive African drilling campaign gla

philmar, I still can't see where it say's Cove said Tuesday they have reached an agreement. I am not doubting that this is the case, it would just be nice to see it in writing! I called SGG last week, and they said news is due late this week, early next.
