tops thats my theory on sgg...and if it falls will then load up...where are all the cove hoders going to be buying stock???thye will have to buy in market aprt from those lucky enough to get in placing..have a feeling a few are going to be wrong stepped on that stock.

the new m/cap is going to be £17.8mill...i see £100mill m/cap easy...so happy to pay while others decide...next month load up big style if it falls back..if not then quids in as the queue to get in will be horrendous?:)

thats my reasoning...

345654...problem is no one knows if share price will fall back..one thing i'm sure ofis £100mill m/cap will come here..and rather than miss the boat..buy now while most thing they will get in lower...then if it does fall lower after meeting..load up for the good times?:?:)

consolidation is 38 old shares for one new share at placing price of 11p. surely none of you on here are expecting todays share price to be x38?
interested in any views

well i bought some today after confirming with my broker that the placing book is closed

add that to the money that will come in here from cove profits i cant see the share price moving to the placing price after the consolidation buy not bothered .
if it does i will double my holding which i might add is only £7000 .
buy imo a good place to start
wernt prepared to pay more than 0.5 though

Cheers I thought I was correct SGG, I saw some thought it was going to be 11p with no consolidation on SGG thread, so it fact 0.28p versus 0.6p suspension price. Sorry to hear the Comedy mate. One day though you will be a Liquid Millionaire!

LEG

Terra Energy was established in February 2008 and will be renamed Fastnet Oil & Gas following a reverse takeover of AIM shell Sterling Green Group plc [SGG]

Fastnet Oil & Gas is a new junior explorer established by the directors of Cove Energy plc to initially focus on the Celtic Sea and longer term East and North Africa where the Directors and Advisory Board have significant experience.

The Advisory Board and Board will include key members of the Cove Energy team: John Craven - Advisory Board (CEO of Cove Energy); Stephen Staley - CEO (NED of Cove) and Michael Nolan - NED (FD of Cove).

The company's existing assets include small interests in the Celtic Sea and applications have been lodged for three highly prospective licensing options also in the Celtic Sea. The Directors expect these licences to be approved after Admission on AIM (and the ESM in Ireland).

The issue is well over subscibed and likely to go absolutely mental on AIM

This is obviously really great news for LEG who are founder shareholders in Terra Energy aka Fastnet Oil & Gas.

Watch LEG make new highs next month or even better buy now and enjoy the major re-rating in the LEG share price.

My short term share price target for LEG is 0.5p

So the scene is set Sgg holders before the suspension have hit the jackpot big time with coves top boys running the new company. This will go crazy once the city realise the potential of the new company. With assets in the Celtic sea to start with then on to Africa were the cove boys will have a dead cert this will be life changing for holders of sterling green before the suspension. 10 p will be smashed instantly buy buy buy il be topping my 190000 up in two weeks if I can with the subscription massively oversold the will multi bagg massively watch what happens when we find the black stuff so close to home this will be trading in £ share price fast hence the name gla amazing news

Ok relax guys - From inception on SGG there has not been significant dilution although the share price tells a different story -

There have been placing at 2.5p and at 0.60p - of the 0.60p only directors participated in the placings - the open placing's were at 2.5p where shellmeister bought £100ks worth -

In terms of the acquisition - no one here certainly has any idea and to suggest so would be very foolish -
