I don't doubt theyll do something. I a talking about how long it takes. They said they were working on the transaction for 3 weeks before suspension and it leaked what's the average time for a rto?

If you've bought into shells before - You will realise that from the moment a company becomes a shell on AIM - it can take a full 12 months before suspension followed by another 6 before they get delisted -

I'm very comfortable with the timescales that u have mentioned -

A deal is being put together and from the length of time its taking , i reckon a sizeable one ( compared to the current market cap).Time is needed to raise a considerable sum in my opinion

Share transfer - Shellmiester owns majority of equity - so they will try and get the transaction through -

Well - there was a share transfer a few days before suspension of reasonable size and it leads me to believe certainly that a transaction will probably take place -

Based on their latest timescale it looks like 5 weeks from now. I think they have to have an EGM to approve before relisting. I just hope they don't keep extending it. Before Easter I called a couple of times and was told it would be back this week.

seems a long time to re-list after the circular posting.So we are talking end of may for re-list?

Spoke to the company again today. They said the circular will be posted in "about" 2 weeks and they will re list about 3 weeks after that. I hope what hatetrader said about them delaying things like CHC doesn't come true.

well uk we are now waiting end of april???so maybe may to see listing if deals done???i suppose over 1p gives some of us 100% pre suspension...so happy to wait and see what transpires.

This is a dead cert wether the suspension is lifted next week or not rock nominees don't buy 10 per cent for no reason this will oar very soon 5 p on opening week with the oil and gas assets making the market cp look foolish

Hi guys.

Just called the company again for an update. They told me something different today. They said the admission document will be published within the next 2-3 weeks, and then there has to be an EGM to approve it. They said that things are moving ahead fine. hmmmm. Looks like we will have to wait a while longer before we are up and running! Anyone else want to try calling to see if we could get more info? The number is: 0161 975 5757
