19/7/2016 17:30 | Hector, likewise I was originally here a long time ago... the management screwed up.. they have been replaced.... the hope is that the new management can turn the business around... Results should provide some clarity... | sikhthetech
19/7/2016 17:20 | I was in these at 120- 16p0 and sold a long time back.. had there been a share dilution? they seem to be down over 90% from highs.. worth seeing what is going on all right. Used to be a fine investment. More than a year since the last divi, they must have stopped paying out dividends. They raised £13 million late MArch, and are also in the process of cost cutting. Somehting seems to have gone terribly wrong with the stamps company. Harry Wilson came in as a director in May with a vow to return the company to its earlier renown. He is expected to become Chairman ( may already be so) It is presently registered in Jersey, they may be considering a listing on London I expect. | hectorp
19/7/2016 16:53 | still high vol and continuous buying... Hopefully, the results not too far away... we need clarity... added some more earlier.. | sikhthetech
19/7/2016 15:20 | Nice rise to come home to, 20p on the cards this week ;)) | gbh2
19/7/2016 14:00 | And price seems of little issue...just get them.. | waldof
19/7/2016 13:28 | Lots of continuous buying somethings up! | u696061
19/7/2016 11:46 | There is now clearly more evidence to the buying than the short covering that was suggested yesterday.MM will be trying to hold the share price from flying by shaking weak holders out I expect. So the roller coaster ride starts. | clocktower
19/7/2016 11:43 | Of course they can only play it so long...they are not King Canute! Anyway lets perhaps enjoy this renaissance. | waldof
19/7/2016 11:30 | Good Morning.. Some decent buying @ SGI.. I've taken a small stake.. And could be one to hold onto for some upside.. saffy.. | safman
19/7/2016 11:21 | They can only play the game for so long if there is consistent buying, as the selling will be limited at these levels imo. | clocktower
19/7/2016 11:02 | Not in my experience! | gbh2
19/7/2016 10:56 | SGI are NOT SETS so the MM's have every say and control the price. | waldof
19/7/2016 10:49 | No SETS so I don't think the MMs have much say re what & when trades are published? | gbh2
19/7/2016 09:53 | MM's playing it well, a lot of buying early but did not mark it up....hence folk now selling as they see no rise. They will get it down a bit and then the rise may well continue, but not before a touch of red. | waldof
19/7/2016 09:49 | Still buying interest out there :) | gbh2
19/7/2016 07:53 | Needs to hold on to this weeks gains to show any sort of strength imo. | gbh2
18/7/2016 21:27 | A powerful performance here today. Makes a change! | hugepants
18/7/2016 20:52 | Let's see if the new directors can turn the business around... The brand is renowned and respected the world over... Be nice to see some financial info... will these continue to rise until finanical news appear??? In circumstances like these, best to drip feed in... | sikhthetech
18/7/2016 17:35 | They'll have got a big pay off too, company directors are screwing PLC companies for every penny the can get and there's no one to stop them. | gbh2
18/7/2016 14:43 | ..most senior people resigned.......um that's dressed up...they were sacked. It's like George Osborne saying he resigned...which he did say...cos he knew he was going to be sacked. | waldof
18/7/2016 14:40 | Bought some earlier... | sikhthetech
18/7/2016 11:20 | If this flurry is just because of the FT article, then it would a reason for SGI not to release a 'we know of no reason...' RNS. The results are yet to be seen, and the most senior people resigned. Unless there is some substance to this rise, imo, there could a swift reversal. | 2magpies
18/7/2016 11:15 | Let's see where it goes Jim Di Regards , MoneyLickABagsStamp | moneybags
18/7/2016 11:12 | Was in the FT at the weekend, not a tip, just a news story, but all coverage helps I think. Have been in for a couple of weeks and have topped up. | jim digriz
18/7/2016 10:59 | gbh2............All I can offer is a few days as our guest at our Isle of Man house. Regards , Moneybags | moneybags |
