The SJP Partners' Performance Share Plan, May 2015
SJP has received notifications that Persons Closely Associated with SJP PDMRs Andrew Croft and Peter Edwards will be eligible to be awarded or be granted the right to subscribe for shares at a price of GBP9.07 in September 2019, subject to the rules of the May 2015 SJP Partner' Performance Share Plan which was approved by shareholders on 14 May 2015.
Invitations have been accepted by Lynn Anderson Limited (which is owned by Lynn Anderson a Person Closely Associated with Andrew Croft) and Janine Edwards Wealth Management Limited (which is owned by Janine Edwards a Person Closely Associated with Peter Edwards).
The invitations are subject to the attainment of certain pre-set performance target conditions.
