18/3/2016 13:49 | UK polymer banknotes with enhanced security £5 polymer note to enter circulation this September, with the £10 note in 2017. I suspect polymer notes will only be a stepping stone to a cashless economy. These things sometimes happen quicker than you expect. | briangeeee
07/3/2016 18:27 | I can see lawandy earning 5m bucks and in five years time v little profit but lawandy milked this his advantageWhat the hell are we shareholders doing abiut IT? | patviera
07/3/2016 16:49 | I've stopped buying these as can see these dropping until market sees what ridiculous share option package the directors getGreed is prevalent here and many other aim companies | patviera
02/3/2016 10:42 | FriendlessLack of buying : ( | patviera
22/2/2016 13:23 | Maybe in not anymore battlebusI'm certainly not buying to sell short term as without a contract all our profits go to lawandy I just am shocked that they dilute us at cash levels And they run the company as if it is private ie do what they want | patviera
22/2/2016 12:44 | To be blunt i'm surprised your a holder here given your continual misgivings and yet your supposedly still a buyer. | battlebus2
22/2/2016 12:42 | Pat - if you are going to witter on about this I think you at least need to deal in facts. They have not told us who the new options will go to so it could be that Nabil gets none and it is the rest of the management - I doubt it but until we know let's wait and see. Also they have said they are going to issue options to a maximum of 10% of the shares INCLUDING those already granted since the IPO - so do you know how many they will actually grant? Alos there are already over 6 million options in existence - all of them underwater so if the grant was a partial replacement for these I would be happy. | harrogate
22/2/2016 11:26 | Doubt he can with 15 pct in worsleys handsJust pure greed | patviera
22/2/2016 10:56 | Wants to take it private ? | fft
22/2/2016 10:51 | The Ceo remuneration puts off anyone buying here so why the hell has he been issued 10 pct options btwn him and some others?Disgrace | patviera
17/2/2016 08:39 | QuestionWhy doesn't every AIm company dilute shareholders by 10pct after there shares have fallen 80 pct and are trading st cash?Who do some companies not issue share options? Why not? Shareholders are last when it comes to looking after them | patviera
15/2/2016 15:35 | No one will touch these shares until ceo remuneration gets changedOn 500 000 bucks and now getting a shed load of options at cash valuationIt's called greed and gives Aim An awful name | patviera
10/2/2016 16:08 | Charts say this drifts againBack to 18p me thinksLast RNS was irrelevant as exceptional not to be repeated Plus huge dilution comingBut at 18p for a 3 year hold | patviera
09/2/2016 09:45 | Fair enough HarrogateMaybe I'm jumping the gun but I've been in a share that had very low hurdles so it became toxic as soon as it issued 10pct of equity in optionsSo yes I agree with most of what u sayThe acquisition looks good but the last mark up was exaggeratedTake carePat | patviera
09/2/2016 08:57 | I think they IPOd at about 75p in fact but the point is still valid. I tend to look at these things differently - We can beat management up for the price being at 20p ( although I actually think the 75p price was mad ) or we can accept that is where we are and focus on them getting the price up - I am happy if they get options at current market price that only vest if we the shareholders make decent money from here - I would rather have 90% of a good gain than 100% of a small gain. We don't know how widely the options will be awarded around the management and until we know that and the performance rules I will give them the benefit of the doubt. I know many don't like the CEO salary but if you invest in US companies it comes with the territory and he is the CEO and CSO as well and behind almost all the IP and ideas so for me it is slightly galling but a fact. That was his salary when you invested so it shouldn't be a surprise. | harrogate
09/2/2016 08:09 | HarrogateThe shares were issued at 100p and under the current management have fallen 80 pct to 20p which is what we have in cashDiluting current shareholders by 10pct to line their pockets when it is such a binary bet is a disgrace in my view | patviera
08/2/2016 10:27 | I certainly agree that the last deal announcement was much more important and produced a smaller share price rise! The actual upgrade for 2015 is from $140k profit to $600k. | harrogate
08/2/2016 10:10 | Yes you are quite right, looks like 29th Jan. Ta for catching that. | fugwit
08/2/2016 10:09 | Why would there be HarrogateIf forecast is 400k then 500k would force today's RNSIt really is irrelevant and doesn't warrant a 20 pctbruse in sharesI expect a drift down to sub 20p againSub 20p I would consider topping up as on a 5 year view I like the prospectsThis isn't a short term investment imho | patviera
08/2/2016 09:43 | That was done a while back when they upped 2016 numbers. No change on target price after today's announcement | harrogate
08/2/2016 09:23 | Their brokers looks to have raised target price from 42p to 48p. | fugwit
08/2/2016 08:35 | And let's see if it today's mkt price or Friday's!!Wouldn't put it past them to have fixed price before this RNSNow that really would be naughty!! | patviera
08/2/2016 08:22 | We all are prepared to see the good news when it comes!!Hopefully it comesHowever today's RNS is not good news it's an irrelevance except directors lining their pockets at opportunistic prices | patviera
08/2/2016 08:17 | Harrogate Why u talking nonsenseI never said results were poorI said it's not a big deal..making another 100k or 200k Big deal!I have bought for a 5 year view like I did in dwha in 1997 and still holdI also never said I don't trust the mgmnt I just think they are taking the p ss | patviera
08/2/2016 08:08 | Well said. Perfect example of how to rob shareholders, whilst they believe they have value as its such a low price to book value. It is, but look who benefits, not us. | muffster |
