| 18/5/2015 09:10 | It has already dropped considerably from announcement price. I valued this at £1:46 on the basis of our buying price of BLT (£14.60)in December. (BLT said they were disposing of 10% of the company). On that basis the market appear to be suggesting that it has fallen in value around 40% since December and a similar amount compared with BLT's opening this morning. It is my view, for what it is worth, that the MMs are selling stock that they have received as BLT said that anyone with 10k shares or less could take cash instead. Perhaps MMS selling into the market ready to pick up later today. Might be a good time to add? | darias | |
