Heavy selling of Coro shares in last few days.But why?

Interestingly, Coro has sold its Italian assets to Zenith, ostensibly for £3.9 million, but in reality for £2.9 million of dubious Zenith shares.
The failure of the Bula acquisition at a cost of $250,000 followed.
And yesterday, shareholders were informed the Duyung deal hasn't been confirmed and a June 2020 long stop extension is in place and the deal has not been done. The company might end up with shares in the asset holder and not the asset itself.

It appears Coro, at present, has little in the way of assets. It appears to be little more than a shell company paying high salaries, issuing numerous options to directors and paying extortionate interest on bonds linked to members of the BOD. An utter mess.

Stock exchange shenanigans and skullduggery aside, there are reasons to say that SOU's failure
( backed by Schlumberger, no less ) is not the only aspect to O & G in the region....
We knew, when investing, or should have known, that O & G explo is very hit & miss.
A "hit" can come decades later...
The sub-soil structure at Tendara is the same as in these two others.

SOU is the biggest mistake I made in my investing life. Only VOG has been as dire (not one of mine).
However, the deal they've lined up on TE5 is worth (it is said) 10p/share overall.
Added to that, SOU gets a cut of the action if further explo.finds more commercial quantities of gas. You never know.
IMO that deal will go through as the Morroccan govt wants it to.

For the moment SOU still barks.
