08/12/2019 13:39 | All mining exploration companies are Ponzi schemes. The directors pay themselves massive salaries until the company goes bust. Sometimes they buy a few token shares to deceive investors that they have skin in the game, but their salaries are much more than the shares they buy. | apollocreed1

06/12/2019 20:56 | Making the switch from gas exploration to mining this week was James Parsons, who can best be described as a bit of a Marmite figure among aficionados of the small-cap market. Having exited Sound Energy, which found commercial gas in Morocco, he is taking the helm of battery metals specialist Regency Mining as executive chairman. There he will team up with non-exec Ewan Ainsworth, who was one of the architects of Kurdistan-focused Gulf Keystone’s rise. | steelwatch

06/12/2019 08:49 | Yet another Pinocchio🤥 devotee, trying to character-assassinat pocopicu Posts: 41 Price: 3.20 No Opinion RE: Bav 3Today 07:35 "If Marco had attempted to engage and answer some questions there would have been a different atmosphere today; the fact that he didn't is regrettable but will alas lead to conflict along the line" I wonder if Trellis is best suited to lead the group? To represent a group of shareholders you need to leave your personal prejudices to one side. Trellis is clearly using the shareholders to further his own vendetta. The original email to the Chairman was aggressive and confrontational. He surely can't have expected a positive response? He must have expected the negative response. Just so, as he says in his post above, he can use the weight of other people's shareholding to create "conflict'. Alas. All very transparent. All very cynical. All very underhand. On the other hand, I suspect many of those members who claim to be members...are not shareholders. All very sad. The group could have been a force for good. Sadly it has been ruined by the agenda of the leader and some of the members. What a shame. | brookemia

20/11/2019 14:33 | @steel, I always felt the orphan might be good news for SOU. If they can get a partner/finance tied up I might look at picking up some stock next year as they close in on the drill. Don't care if it is a higher SP, just want to avoid any nasty surprises between now and Then. | telbap
19/11/2019 21:22 | tel - 25% ONHYM 75% SOU, Schlumberger are not involved. As things stand, SOU picks up the tab for seismic survey, unless they can farm it out as was the stated aim per half year report to 30 June. No idea what the cost is, or how much cash left in the bank. Maybe more info from the Q&A toorrow: Sound Energy is developing a work programme to mature the licence with specific focus on the deeper, pre salt plays. We aim to acquire new, high quality 2D seismic data in early 2020, focused on improving trap imaging. Preparations for this survey have commenced with the application of an EIA. This work will culminate in an exploration well, targeting a deep prospect towards the end of 2020. The company has now initiated a formal farm out process for this permit, offering an opportunity to a technically competent partner to acquire a material position in this large tract of prospective acreage." | steelwatch |
