This placing should see Solo over the flow tests and pay for some future plans. It's like an interim placing as NR waits to see the flow tests results. If they are good results it puts Solo in a better bargaining position to fund NT3 (which is clearly not funded by today's placing).

It was always about WHEN this placing would be announced. I'm a bit disappointed a catch-all funding wasn't announced until after hopefully successful results but the more I think about it today's placing is a good idea as further dilution might be avoided if the results are strong i.e. AEX deal, IIs etc. For once it would be nice to have potential investors come to Solo rather than Solo repeatedly producing the begging bowl, which heretofore has always resulted in heavily discounted, mates rates dilutions. Possible good move by NR.

Price is being controlled by NOVM.
They have been on the offer all morning, apart from a short period after the open when they shared this role with CFEP.
Thus , NOVM have absorbed all these buys.
CFEP currently on the bid.
Who is SOLO NOMAD and broker?

One can hope.
But, the next cycle of HH might kick off after the 22nd February when the next stage of development is through county planning.
Not a perfect storm, but two threads being significantly active at the same time.
This will also make it less clear in comparing AEX and SOLO.

Lol he thinks that's solo's net share of a flow test will be $2.5m! lol He knows less about this industry than I gave him credit for and from his posting that was a pretty low starting point.

Something fishy going on, today's rns states money raised today was for NT-2, however the placing on 16/9/16 was to raise £2m for the funding of NT-2
Also they should have over $150k per month coming in, possibly more due to better flow rates and increased share of KN-1, which they have stated would be used as working capital.

Just a case of cheap shares for his city mates?, surely not on aim?
