Today afternoon/tomorrow solo will start coming back once all shares of placing get completed.

Edgein ... I was looking at a 2015 well test study ... and found similar numbers , so top line half a mil dollars cost for us... so plenty in the kitty going forward for nr3.

Shouldn't be more than $1-2m gross to test the well, although the rig has now been onsite for the test for about two weeks and time is money on day rates. Certainly cost nowhere near $10m gross to test the well so therefore most of the $2.5m is over and we produce around $150-200k per month from KN-1. If they need funds and its a big If it wouldn't be very much and will certainly be after the flow test results. For our 25% to be valued current at about £20m is a bit ridiculous. But it'll take off some time if the results warrant it, and I think they might. :)

Absolutely, same here though not taking a penny off this one until I see HH and likely beyond. Will certainly hold tight through NT-3, this could re-rate at any time. Pressure built at PREM at £5m cap until it had to pop, SOLO building the same way imo.

Simon, agree with your strategy however he got a huge placing away @ 0.22 recently when he had plenty of opportunities at a much higher SP, I fear we're being diluted way too much.

Precisely Dan, I asked him why the last placing wasn't offered to shareholders. The last placing won't last long, income from this next drill is a long way down the road even on successful results. How's the next phase of HH going to be funded ?

How much does it take to flow test the Nr2 well.... it isn't going to cost £2million is it?

Agree Bonanza, whilst there's a lot of comparisons going on between SOLO and AEX they are two different companies, they have sheikh backers with deep pockets we are skint and keep placing at a discount and diluting each time we need cash. That being said we appear to have little option at the moment and if we have excellent results share price should lift and any future placing price will be much higher and much less dilutive. Always option of debt but that will be difficult to pull off. Hence share price holding back as NT3 placing will need to be announced soon.

If that is the case then offer a placing via a crowdfund so that PIs can benefit as well.
If you hold SOLO shares then you can participate. Plenty of options out and about.

But remember that the last placing just took place. why go back for more at the moment? It is too soon, IMO.

What really bothers me here is even if results are good, it's not going to be long before yet another placing. I have asked NR over again via email and twitter how were funding further operations inc HH with no answer. It's clear to myself this is the reason we're being held back in comparison to Aminex.

Just look at the spread.

They want your shares and are getting ready for an announcement, IMO.

Just look at the AEX share price and compare.

SOLO is underpriced.

Cheers for that Edgein...... Reading the RNS re last placement ... seems a lot of money for a flow test ... no mention of NR3 ... Would the cash raised make solo fully funded for the next appraisal?
