I have been going through the news and notice that the agency agreement was done last AUGUST with 4 months notice either way. That means it will run for at least a year not bad. Coupled with the fact that they changed broker only a few months ago suggests to me that all is not yet lost

Previously, they issued their results before the end of March, so they are late in comparison to previous years.

But officially, they have until the end of June to publish accounts.

So presumably, they are waiting until they have something a little more positive to say about the business and its prospects before reporting?

I would pay more than TA for 3m ~ 5m. even 10m Yes a gamble, but I love gambling. MMs can hardly speak for delivering than 1m at heavy premium to mid-market.

o/t you & ta should sharpen your pencils & go over the H2 co story recent devs; probably same order of magnitude upside as here with miniscule risk of failure.

3 Days left to produce results.

We already know that the results themselves will be dire, but I am hoping for an update - something to detail their business plan going forward.

I really hope that we are not left guessing as to what they intend to do.
