There are also significant and valuable losses for someone that can use them

As I said earlier in the week, the door are been well and truly slammed shut with all the sucker investors now locked in.

It looks like there is no escape.

New profile created Jan 2013 who only posts about several traders who buy low and sell at a profit. This guy doesnt appearing to understand shares are for trading and making profits - with occasional losses. He has an agenda as he never talks about the merits of the share just those trading it. His bitter agenda is clear to see. I like high risk aim/small cap shares and dont decide were to invest on the posts of anyone else. Dyor! Get a life/job or just advfn for what it is for - discussing SHARES not posters!

ok - Just my opinion -

RNS todays suggest a few things to me -

1 = SGO will be disposed of
2 = SGO will be a cash shell
3 = Looks like a Lenigas and Strang adventure -

best of luck

Lets see what plans he comes up with. Got in low with only a small amount so its either going to be a 100% er or zlitch gla

Not de-ramping Knigel - just thinking aloud and sharing in case of interest to others.

Decided to bite the bullet and take the losses - sold remaining small holding at .312 pps today.

It turns out it was poor judgement to buy in Jan 2011 and it may prove to be poor judgement to sell just now. But in the last two years I have learned a lot about start ups and techniques required to scale this sort of venture - and leadership and teams.

Any comments I have made on this Board - including this one - have been just my opinion and as ever we must all do our own research on which to make our own decisions.

KNIGEL - what derampers. What has been said is fact. The guy has a background that does not instill confidence in him turning around SGO. I had faith when the company was BGT and have stuck with it since. Sadly I was a believer and put a considerable amount of monies into this company.
SGO PR is non existent but would settle for a straight RNS stating that the the company is no longer a viable operation and that all is lost. If sold, does anyone really expect to get anything back - I don't.

Derampers out in force. Reminds me of the phorm thread. Maybe they work/prefer rival business models? It was a good rns.. looking to improve shareholder returns!

This company if finished. Current market cap £1.5 million, there is no way anyone will pay that for it imo.

I think the end draweth near...This chap does not seem to be about turning things around. I guess you will soon see. Dom trying to distance himself from the forthcoming "action" but I will always blame his rudderless leadership for this company's epic fail.

Is TA still here?? I hope he is doing well.

The recent share price movement was - perhaps - stimulated by the expectation of the significant change at the top announced today.

Will the 58 year old chartered accountant Oliver Cooke deliver more for the shareholders than Dom W did?

It is not re-assuring that OC is involved with the quoted "toothbrush scanner" company which has changed its name twice since November 2012 and is now "AfriAg plc" - during the short time I had the company (as 3D Diagnostic Imaging plc) on my watch list the shares lost 90+% of their value (as reported on iii - I haven't checked to see the effect of a share and warrant dilution).

And a Google search on St Helens Capital Partners LLC now takes you to "Peterhouse Corporate Finance" - where you get the message "Site under construction". Reported revenue of St Helens in 2011 seems to have been less than £1/2m
