A seller was tempted to part with 50,000 shares for just 12p. :-)
Allowing for the mm's to be as greedy as they are I still reckon these can be got for up to 18p.

Will be adding again next week, as have my target holding set.

Good Luck.

Roommove.

Absolutely no point in trying online trades. Limit was 500 shares.
I called them when quote was 9p to buy and both mm's wanted 15p for 10k and 22p for 20k.

The thing is, in good times or normal times this would be trading at... Well, thats anyones guess, but with full year after tax profits likely to be what the company valuation was that is pure and utter madness.

The Directors don't draw salaries for a reason, and the fact that something like 90% of stock is held by them they clearly know what they are doing.

So if one is prepared to buy what they can, stick them away and forget about them I believe that when the payday finally comes around then holders are going to be grinning from ear to ear.

The second half has started off with very strong order books..
Just because banks and other companies are all failing doesnt mean that skhg has to suffer as well just because sentiment dictates it should.

Good Luck.

Just had a little play online, looks like you have to call for any amount now. They obviously have to have a tight control on this now and must have very limited amount to sell.

Would love to know how many shares the mm's have. Thats a 100% markup after just a few small buys on previous days and your today. Wonder what would happen if the directors bought again?!

Thats only me adding another 10,000 shares roommove.
Bit annoyed at 15p when quote is 9p but thats for 500 shares.

The Directors have a game plan. Full year after tax profits are in line to be more than the current valuation of the company.

Who knows whether it will be months or years, mbut when payday comes along on this one it will be immense.

Hence I will keep adding the odd 10,000 shares everytime i can.

If we can tempt out the loose holders I will be buying up every share i can.

whites,

Agree with above, sadly I also agree that we probably wont get any news for a while either. I have talked to the company about their release of news (or lack off) but I dont expect anything to change. They obviously have little interest in trying to 'manage' the share price Considering the directors are the major holders you would have thought they would want to continuely broadcast contract wins etc to help improve the value of their investment. In fact the more you look at the company the more you kind of wonder what benefit they get from being listed? There is obviously a plan, these guys are obviously good and they will know what they are doing and whatever it is they wont be doing it for free!

A level headed poster on iii posted this today. His posting history identifies him as a long term solid holder of SKHG and the prices mentioned serve to back up a lot of our own thoughts here.

"Ok, this is going to seem like a complete ramp, and in someways it is but please read my comments at the end before having a go at me. My sister works in London evaluating businesses and properties for insurance companies. I asked her to look at SKHG for me using the interims, she knows nothing about the shares, liquidity etc etc. She has come back to me stating that, although she only spent a brief amount of time looking through the report and in the normal scheme of things she would obviously go into far greater detail and need more information, her current valuation of the company would be between £6m-£7m!

Of course this valuation is meaningless, the value of the shares is all that matters to PI's regardless of what we may fell the true value is. It does give some kind of idea what kind of price we may be talking about if the company does ever get sold. Sadly I feel what may happen now is a few months of little action and little news and it will just be the patient ones still holding (which will be me) that wake up one morning to see a RNS come out of the blue announcing an offer has been made/accepted. Certainly cant see any offer being accepted until after the next results (probably Sept) at the very least."

Phoned my broker yesterday and asked him to buy all he could at 10p or below for me. He managed a 1000! Phoned again just now and I can have 5000 for 14p. Anyone willing to bite the bullet and move the share price again.

Agree 100% mmelody.

As with so many aim listed stocks a fair amount of the collapse of a lot of companies share prices is purley down to the way the mm's have behaved, in that they ruthlessly mark stocks down, then change the nms to a size not worth tradeing, and then we find we are stuck in a rut.

As far as SKHG goes though, I am confident that this will break out.
With profits after tax of 50% of current company value, whilst some pi's may not want to buy a hundred quids worth maximum, there will be some that are prepared to ring their brokers and place orders for larger amounts.

AIMHO.

rheiner,

Unfortunately i dont think you will be able to secure much at all online.
I had to telephone mine to get them.

Only when there is sufficient demand for them and sellers are required will they up the nms.

Good Luck.

Cant buy anything now. Just told if I want to buy more than 1000 shares its 14p. Would be interesting to see what effect that may have on the 'heard' if a buy like that went through though.

Think the nail has firmly been hit on the head with latest comments.
The Directors deserve the divi and it is indeed "their salary", so if a constant divi is what is required then it looks good from the offset, but the point about building to sell on is why i originally bought in.
With this kind of growth and profit then sooner or later someone will want this and luckily the Directors hold the controlling stake and it is my thoughts that when and if a buyer materialises its going to be a massive pay day for holders.

If that takes years to materialise or months I care not.
Its a sound company, a profitable company, a growing company and in these times companies like that are hard to find.

Cheers and Good luck.

I think its 'just' the spread/illiquidity of the stock that puts people off. The problem is fundamentals will never really play a part of valuing this stock. If I now decided to buy £10k of shares I could double or triple the value of the company or I could half it if I dumped my shares. Thats not really the healthiest way for a company to trade. I have talked to the company about this but I dont think its going to change. They cant be bought out without the directors agreeing as they hold so many shares. I believe the directors are unpaid so the divi is their bonus I expect (and after those results I dont blame them). IMHO they will grow this company until its worth a significant amount and then sell it for a price well above its actual market value. Having said that, if a major buyer ever appears these will spike drastically. Unfortunately with such a limited free float Im not sure if that buyer will ever appear unless the directors buy more again. Still, a great company imho and I will hold until the full value is realised, which it will one day.

whites...i think you've answered your own question. peeps are scared off by those prices on an illiquid stock. A few might do their research now and invest.

It was only me adding another 10k.
They wanted 10p for 10k
12p for 15k
15p for 20k
And above that they wanted to go negotiated trade all or best.

Its like a coiled spring waiting to explode. And the only thing that puzzles me is why its not gone already. Profits after tax equating to half current company value... You couldnt make that up. In normal times this would now be motoring off with comments about how it will break a £1 if it hadnt already..

Its not loss making, its profit making and paying a decent interim divi..
