Result of placing of ordinary shares in Sirius Real Estate Limited

Further to the announcement released earlier today, MAS Real Estate Inc. ("MAS") announces that it has sold 60 million ordinary shares (the "Placing Shares") in Sirius Real Estate Limited ("Sirius" or the "Company") at a placing price of 49 Euro cents per Placing Share (the "Placing")

Post completion of the Placing, MAS remaining stake in Sirius will comprise approximately 36.5 million ordinary shares, equivalent to approximately 4.3% of Sirius's entire issued ordinary share capital.
