15/9/2016 11:31 | CARR as I keep saying the legal requirement is to hold an AGM 6 months after the year end therefore SRSP are flouting the law | solarno lopez
15/9/2016 09:39 | Very limited current production from SOU, but that hasn't stopped a 6 month transformation due to Moroccan discovery and successful drilling as the Co. seeks to become a mid-cap gas player. Mcap now up to £500m. If Sirius follows suit, 20p on asset revelations and drilling commenced. | dr rosso
15/9/2016 09:33 | I would add Havoc and SH to mr GL..Havoc signed up after twelve months ,they had done mutual due diligence .Something definitive convinced them to sign up and a few months later we have Stein in Angola talking about a drill ship .Ororo2A suddenly gets mentioned. No mention since . | bronislav
15/9/2016 09:14 | Good point Dr R. I'd say having Lyon on board was one of the biggest green lights that something is happening here..And big! | bumhammer
15/9/2016 09:13 | GP admitted to me in an email that the Q3 statement on their website was wrong and unrealistic and that it would be updated in due course after they had consulted with their partners Sirius | rugbybloke
15/9/2016 08:48 | At the LSE Investor show you will recall that Graham Lyon was on our stage with Bobo? He tipped SOU which was then around 16p. It is now knocking on 92p. I assume that he can spot a good prospect more than once, and that he knows a bit more about SRSP than us. | drrichard
15/9/2016 08:43 | C&H filled up with Minted Lamb Hotpot Chunky Big Soup | bumhammer
15/9/2016 08:32 | Carc..for the company to be technically overdue with the AGM would suggest there is a valid reason ,put that alongside recent developments and it would be fair to assume that we will see something positive before the November deadline.I believe that the company know when the AGM will be but won't need to announce until 21 days before.Once the AGM is announced news cannot be far behind it,coupled with the interims that we should expect before October ,the next few weeks are an important time for shareholders. | bronislav
15/9/2016 08:25 | GP has ceded operator rights to NewCo and will have a stake in the enlarged entity. | dr rosso
15/9/2016 08:23 | Jan 2012 rns "Under the terms of the Agreement, Sirius committed to fund the preparation of a Competent Person's Report ("CPR") and it is expected that Gaffney, Cline & Associates will deliver the completed CPR on the Ororo field to the Company in February. The Company has also now completed the Environmental Impact Assessment ("EIA") on the Ororo field which will shortly be submitted to the Ministry of Environment in Nigeria for review. In addition, the management team has commissioned a preliminary Field Development Plan, subject to the results of the CPR and the Company is assessing suitable candidates to provide the appropriate oil services for the drilling operations on the field, including the procurement of a drilling rig slot for the second half of 2012." More than 5 years on after telling us to expect first oil flowing in Sept 2012. This venture is not about Ororo. They didnt pull out of the Ke marginal field just to swap it for another marginal. 5 years on, no upfront drilling fees required. Yet nobody can stick a high-tech appraisal probe down into the lower sands or mdd into the laterals of 12 stacked reservoirs. Ororo is a decent resource in its own right, especially with its strategic location for low-cost tie-ins. The covered-up bigger picture is something far different altogether. | dr rosso
15/9/2016 08:17 | C and h is full of big chunky soup. | bronislav
15/9/2016 08:15 | 'I can live with the 2017 stuff'...With only a couple of weeks left in Q3, what happened to Guarantee's 'slated for Q3 drill? | htrocka2
15/9/2016 08:10 | I've been told by the company that the AGM is 'technically overdue'. | carc
15/9/2016 08:08 | Clear c&h showing on Sirius 6 month chart | dr rosso
15/9/2016 08:00 | Rockflow cpr serves the purpose of indep confirmation of Ororo, which can now be used as security for RBL LTF to bring much bigger block assets into play. Field funding is relatively miniscule, fully refundable and is merely the red herring stall. | dr rosso
15/9/2016 07:57 | This painful tortoise-like 4-year crawl towards oil or gas production tells me that the present set-up will not be at the scene. Looks like final AGM date is Nov 4 after all, to satisfy the 15 month rule. By end of Oct we should have revelations. Cantor knows full well that the patience of Joe Punter is the same as a mosquito life, so suggesting a 2p target for a year's time is guaranteed to remove some players and deter prospective newcomers. I can live with the 2017 stuff, but I expect to see 2 big oil/gas blocks BOTH in production from an Enlarged Entity. Supplying Lekki and Dangote industries. For me, that £500k Cairn/Cornhill raise was the last of the CL cheapo shares to be issued | dr rosso
14/9/2016 23:43 | Mr B, look at that. Three ups and no downs😊 | drrichard
14/9/2016 23:35 | Bradshaw - Wrong. The opposite | bumhammer
14/9/2016 23:31 | What have CF got to gain by perpetuating an untruth, ht? As the new NOMAD they have a duty. It might be optimistic of course, but it should not be nonsense, I think | drrichard
14/9/2016 23:11 | 'Surely nobody believes this " could be drilling by early 2017" nonsense.' 'We could be drilling by Christmas or Easter'....we fell for it last year. | htrocka2
14/9/2016 22:43 | The fact Chris isn't around or Quid for cash tells me we aren't close to anything!! | carrbradshaw
14/9/2016 22:02 | Cairn's job was to keep things quiet, whilst shoving out shares to Cornhill in exchange for working capital. Job done. | dr rosso
14/9/2016 21:52 | The change from cairn to cantor is one of the dominos ,the timing will be significant .Why now and not a couple of months ago or in a month ..What can Sirius achieve with cantor as their advisor that they couldn't when cairn advised.? | bronislav
14/9/2016 21:09 | 6. Waiting for Bobo to return from his holidays | minichris |
