("Shore Capital" or the "Group")
Update on Puma Social Care Investments Limited, ("PSCI")
PSCI, an associate of the Group in which it has a one third interest, has disposed of a subsidiary, Puma Social Care (Holdings) Limited, indirect owner of a portfolio of UK investment properties. Puma Investment Management Limited, a subsidiary of the Group, is the Investment Adviser to PSCI and has assisted with the sale. The accounts of PSCI are proportionally consolidated by the Group and this disposal is expected to contribute to the profit in the Group's accounts in 2017.
The Group has also agreed to assist the purchaser of Puma Social Care (Holdings) Limited in connection with the acquisition of further assets which, depending on success, will continue to generate revenue for the Group. We will report further on progress with this arrangement in due course.
