I have never seen another placing done before at such a premium...almost 300%....wow. Something has to be brewing and I am sure the investors buying shares at 11.40 will be looking at returns too. 20p perhaps?

I see that the share price was 30p plus previously.

Not sure why it should hit the placing price.You could place that 8% of share capital at say 30p but it doesnt then mean the company is worth that price.Facts are, they've raised $2mill.And at 6p are valued at about £8millAt 11.8p that would be almost £16mill.How does the injection of $2mill suddenly take the market cap from £3mill at 2.75p, right upto £16mill at 11.8pIT DOESN'T. Just saying.Good company, but just pointing out the numbers in their true light..

money raised at 11.4p
if market was logical (??) it should go to 11.4p, so rise by 314%
