Templeton just managed to hoover up 7% of the shares on one swoop. Holdings up from 3% to 10%. More important than any chart

wrt New Zealand prison - very poor. However, the deal is salvageable apparently, but will cost serco more money and fines.

In NewZealand, Serco administration of Mt. Eden prison to be taken back by local prison system staff because of unsatisfactory performance.

if a peer wants to buy them to get economies of scale, synergies etc. then it will be better to buy the shares now.

Temptation has passed!
Just read an article saying that they are not expected to go cash flow positive for another 18 months so there is absolutely no hurry to be invested.

While it is a long way from being an attractive proposition, it would appear that a line has been drawn under the past.
The big question is....is this a true turning point for the share price or will it continue to just bump along at this level for the next 6 months.
I am tempted but not totally convinced.
