Looks like Henderson group don't seem to see it the way you do, towards the outlook of the company. Not a good sign at all.

The Company has already stated that they're definately ok until at least March next year. By which time, anything could've happened, contracts, improved market, takeover, etc...This is a good gamble for the next few months to see if the takeover happens.

I think you've got it spot on melody9999. There is very little chance of this company breaching covenants.I would expect a renegotiating of terms or completely new financing deal to be announced before the end of the year.That's assuming they don't get taken out on the cheap before that.

My take is that the current share price is discounting the risk of the company breaching covenants much too heavily. I suspect that short term traders are now starting to move on to the 'next big thing', some profit taking for those who bought in around 10 - 12p. This is just holding the share price back right now.

In the meantime this must be right up there for longer term value hunters. Especially with the possibility of a takeover. This will move the share price forwaard in the coming days.
