My concern is not everyone has either inclination, and or confidence to do this. Indeed, some private investors will never contact companies directly believing this is preserve of institutions. In light of the dramatic drop in share price, could I therefore ask the board/nomad to consider issuing further clarification, particularly around breach of bank covenants which the market may perceive as being directly related to cash flow. “The Group has sufficient liquidity for its forecast needs.
