I think we will see a holding RNS out sometime towards the end of the week which will send the share price up another few notches.......... there have been some big buys in the background.

Those who bought in around the 9p mark will be 100% up sometime this week

There are lots of easier ways to make money than by risking the lot on a share like this....

Shroder - thanks for post 1601. I feel this share is now pricing a risk of failure based on the RNS. As you point out we are a long way from that. Shorters should take note as the downside is limited .... certainly taking note will be other acquisitive companies ....it would be unsurprising to see a bid at this share price

Copy of email sent to Peter Connor for reference only, please dyor.

Dear Peter,

Thanks for taking the time last week to run through recent press releases, very helpful.

My concern is not everyone has either inclination, and or confidence to do this. Indeed, some private investors will never contact companies directly believing this is preserve of institutions.

In light of the dramatic drop in share price, could I therefore ask the board/nomad to consider issuing further clarification, particularly around breach of bank covenants which the market may perceive as being directly related to cash flow.

“The Group has sufficient liquidity for its forecast needs. The revised revenue expectations may require Sepura to discuss with its lenders a possible waiver of certain of its covenants from March 2017.”

In my opinion, the RNS wording lends itself to this assumption given that ‘covenantsR17; follow directly on from ‘sufficient liquidly’. My suggestion here would be to highlight those convents potentially impacted by the shortfall such as EBITA metric (as discussed) , again it may help to point out these are some way off and not immediate.

Please note, I have posted a copy of this communication online to assist other investors.

Kind regards,

shroder
