He says he has come off twitter, but i doubt that. Just like when he said he was in Dubai but was proven not to be. He had a group of investigators called FMX group after him though, so he may have gone to ground.

Pretty much!

You have shares in a private company, so if you want to sell you would have to find someone to buy them.

There are rumblings they may try and relist on an exchange somehwere, but unless that happens your only option to sell wuold be to contact SER and ask if they know anyone that is looking to buy any shares, and arrange a sale on a matched bargain basis.

Good afternoon GheeBee. I have reason to doubt there was ever any high court case against Optiva.
My 'suspicion' is there may have been other money issues at play.
I doubt CO will split from his mates. I wonder where all the money has gone?

Cyan, With Sefton there is one way and one way only. Now Chris Williams appears to have seen the light, distancing himself from Daniel Levi, Steffi and the others in the process, he can convene an EGM to appoint a new Board or Administrators. As for turning the Castle into a Hermitage, I suspect his High Court case against Optiva has been thrown out just like Levi's was earlier this year. OK, I'm guessing there but if they had won I think we would have heard about it.

New rules coming into force in October 1st 2015 place more responsibility on the director and even allow possible compensation claims to be made against a disqualified director. Being disqualified from being a director was seen as some in the past as a ‘slap on the wrist’ but if you are found guilty of trading irresponsibly or fraudulently now you can face a claim for compensation too. It is unclear at this stage how this new ruling will be applied in practice but my advice is to avoid being wound up even more so.

I agree, everyone deserves a second chance. Shame he used up his second chance after the first spell in jail.

I guess you could forgive a bank robber as everyone deserves a second chance. But you sense that one that never seems to learn or grow up and transforms into a conman and parasite in a suit will soomer or later end up in more bother.

Mind you - I do wonder if BMD had started off his criminal career doing what he does now instead of 'physical robbery', whether he would ever have received a criminal record. Makes you think.
