I sort of agree Andy, but it probably does these companies more bad than good, as everyone now looks out for late RNS's as a bad sign.

That said, if the market is closed, and there is no dual listing, then it does seem pointless to allow the late release.

Yes, fmx did. He made it reasonably clear it was co that was the "tipster" in question, although didnt say it directly. It makes perfect sense with the MXO losses that BMD says totaled £750k, the half million on lenigas cuba, hundreds of thousands on SER and there were others. SO much for 1000%!!

I wonder who it was who had to sell most of his stock after disastrous losses on margin? Apparently there was a bankruptcy action to fend off?

It is pretty apparent with hindsight that he is saying that it isnt his money there. You can read it like it is his money, but adding the "by telephone" its clear it isnt.

He went on and on about how he did his detailed due diligence prior to making an investment, and then, when asked how it was possible to make a "mistake" and buy 45% of NEW, he replied, "I can't answer for legal reasons".

I want to hear about the company being used to "audit" the books. How much are they being paid and what connections have they with current large shareholders and any previous large shareholder.?
