19/4/2016 08:04 | uk, "admired"? Poor choice of word there, I think you are in a group of one. He has to pay Stef to put out admiring tweets about himself! | andy
19/4/2016 07:20 | If Pelham is still around, would you re-title this thread "The Chris Oil Appreciation Society"? It certainly isn't appropriately titled at the moment since all posts relate to some greatly admired idiot! | uknighted

31/3/2016 11:37 | Hi Andy, The mental tweet seems have been removed. Their latest tweets just raise further questions in my mind. I think it a bit presumptuous to assume that the SER suspects will get police cautions. These offences are specialist and would , in normal criminal cases, be forwarded to the CPS for a decision regarding disposal. To receive a police caution the 'offender' will have to have made a full confession; you can not caution if the offence is denied. These offences will likely require input from the FCA. It may just be sloppy tweeting when they use the word 'caution' These matters involve massive amounts of cash and the serious deceiving of investors. Imo these are offences that are not appropriate for "cautions". The only possible exception would , maybe, if a special deal was made regarding payments of compensation and full co-operation in other cases. | cyan
31/3/2016 11:04 | Lyndem, Exactly, one would imagine the well that supplies the tap has almost run dry. Cyan, Agree with your comments, that tweet looks very odd. Otherwise everyone would plead insanity when caught out! | andy
31/3/2016 10:11 | I saw that tweet and wondered if yet again he knows what he is saying I presume it should have said tap and not tape, but that tap has been running dry with all his failed punts! | lydnem
31/3/2016 09:49 | Good morning Lydnem, Bit surprised by that tweet. It is uncommon for a prosecution to be blocked on grounds of mental illness. Similarly to later stay a prosecution is unusual. It is NOT accepted practice for prosecutions to be stayed just because an individual has a personality disorder. Makes me wonder who they are referring to. As for this megalomaniac personality; seems he's back to "normal" Chris Oil @chrisoil · 11h11 hours ago Going to be a lot of Companies going bust in the city next six months as #chrisoil turns the tape off to them. I don't need another banker. ++++++++++++++++++++ | cyan
31/3/2016 08:06 | FMX_Gr @FMX_Gr 18m18 minutes ago It is a first for us. We have been told that we may have trouble securing a conviction on 1 target as they have a history of mental illness. | lydnem
27/3/2016 19:03 | Those tipsters aren't hero's Loverat. Amusing sometimes; contemptible most of the time. | cyan |
