ngms - Carver recently on record that shallows alone justify current mkt cap.

I assume that there must be some value for the deeps, even if only on a data basis, but i agree we may not see fair value.

I keep asking myself whether Kazack authorities would allow a stitch up of small investors when the country as a whole is looking to attract foreign investment.

Two thoughts:

I've never heard of perforations failing to perforate
It doesn't need a rig to perform perforations

I confess to selling two thirds of my holding last time they were 11 bid. Still leaves me with too many.

I see Carver was paid £240k in the year end 2015. Incredible. I am lost for words. I wonder on the remuneration committee is representing the shareholders. Seems very poor value for money if you look at the share price as measure of success and progress in the co.

No need to be concerned if our local friends were concerned we would be back at 4 pence. No one spends the money these guys spent without some knowledge of the future.

Surely the lack of news is a concern here.

Are we expecting a shock? the company has no more cash and is insolvent, and can no longer trade as a going concern.

TW,I agree. Hoping that the flow rates are inline with expectations and if they are then we're off to the races. Funding would be the icing on the cake and has to be announced soon.Fingers x'd.S

Hi Smarty - My hunch is that if they had some bad news to release they would of done so on the few trading days between xmas and Jan 2.
