disappointing follow through to latest a6 news.

sp gone pretty much nowhere considering they've found a third 100+m column of oil.

unsurprisingly management have lost all credibiltity with the market. problem for us pi's is that market credibility is of little interest to a company that is essentially in a few private (management) hands, they don't have to worry about ir/pr. paradoxically that could be a good thing?!

come on let's have news on a5, 801, baverstock deal and transparency on the cash position.

if nothing untoward in those, and if a6 flows we could be off to the races.

The penny WILL drop on this over next couple of months.

Market really 10.4-10.8p so 10.6p mid. Time for a proper run ? or time for a real shake pre a proper run ? I'd like the MM's to have a proper shake back to the early 9's and i'm going to be in hoover mode. Don't think i'll be that lucky.

It'll get some positive commentary and another broker recommendation at some point. I really believe we're going to get a result on A6 and will be confirmed as part of same structure as A5. The proper revaluation will start to happen then and hopefully funding is already planned.Fingers x'd that this gets properly derisked.S

Two of my little ole shares getting a mention in the DMail, whatever next. Sirius funded by a nice Australian lady and even Roxi mentioned !I'm going to add a few more on both fronts next week. One a slow burn which will see 3 figured at some point in the future and old Roxi which I believe will come good with A6. I'll collate the year end predictions when I get time but I expect to see Roxi through 20p come A6 flow test.Smarty

Seems you're setting little ole Roxi up for a fall saying that they can flow it in the 1000's whereas Mr C has already stated -;
A5
'Once flowing freely we continue to believe the production rate at A5 will be the best of the three deep wells spudded to date'

He's also stated that -;

A6
'Pressure in the well remains high as with at Deep ;Well A5 and accordingly our hopes for A6 are similarly strong'

If they get it to flow commercially then i'm expecting in the range of 1500-2000bopd and no more. What i'm after is a bigger structure than they first estimated. 127m targetted, that's more than they expected and now down to the flow test. They haven't communicated any real issues and as i understand it this well, although not without its challenges has gone better than A5 so here's hoping that they get it right, 3rd time lucky !!

It's straight forward to me. They have got to this stage 4 times before and never managed a flow test.If they can flow this in 1000s of barrels per day then the market will shake out of this apathy

if only they had mentioned status of a5 and 801, there would have been more action on the share price

on the plus side if a6 is same structure as a5 they may be able to suck the oil up through a6 if they have messed up at a5. 801 however will be dead if they cannot remedy it.

in any case total silence on a5 and 801 over several months not good at all.

as good as the rns is, still wary of potential taurus droppings here. (no smarty, i wont be selling up.)

I'm tempted to have (yet) another punt just a tad concerned about this lighter fluid they're using.
Doesn't seem the safest thing to fill a well with?

Bull,Not sure about the chart but I'm tempted to take another trading punt.Can't believe the muted response and that can only be down to the lack of trust. To think we were 25p on A5, we were 19p ore BOCO deal and 10p today ? Something not right as this should be flying and volume through the roof ?Smarty

i think they used a lighter fluid, took the drill more slowly, through the salt layer without incident, done a great job with the casing, hit target, found 127m of oil! no supermarket trolleys , ready to flow test apparently. Astonishing result really.

Smarty, HUR will be pretty much the same until the vote on the 70m funding on the 7th November (may even drop a bit).

After the 7th, the new well on the 2nd prospect will spud and the data room will be open for farm out talks (with no shortage of interest) so, you will get a run for your money...!

Volume in early trade is over 2.5 million which is over 4 times a normal day (585,710 for 2016 ). I would suggest trading has been taking up the slack, so it is possible that pricing action will increase later.

This autumn the Drill Update on 19th October had 5,738,039, the maximum for THIS YEAR, but otherwise volumes have been quite low. A "One in a Hundred day" starts at 4 million.
