14/5/2009 18:28 | I bet the bid doesn't go through. Insiders knew this was happening before the announcement and the fact that the price is drifitng tells me that this will fall through pretty soon. As I said before any price below 10p is shafting us. | joan of arc
14/5/2009 12:25 | worth holding for long term if bid does not go through.. with cash in bank, and expected order flows. holding from 6p | latifs100
14/5/2009 08:29 | 6.5 mid ! That must hurt K79/treacle ! Will this make you hold stocks instead of pumping and dumping them in a day or two ? | 8trade
14/5/2009 08:20 | stewacg - You're quite right. The figure I quoted was to end December. At that point, the overall NAV was £3.826m. This would equate to 6.2p per share. Given that a profit is forecast, I can't imagine it going for any less. But then the share price was 3p yesterday morning, so who knows what'll happen!? | gingerplant
14/5/2009 08:09 | take out 10-15p? | pre
14/5/2009 07:28 | Gingerplant, I have no idea what price anyone might offer but you need to remember this statement from the management in the final results: "The cash position at 29 March 2009 was GBP3.8m." as opposed to the figure that you quoted at year end. Of course we have no idea whether assets have decreased accordingly. But it did rather look as though they might have kitchen-sinked the results in preparation for potential sale as high tech export markets improve due to the low pound. | stewacg
13/5/2009 21:02 | IF a bid materialises, my estimate is 8-9p (or equivalent) valuing RTS at £4.9 - 5.6m, based on its NAV of £3.8m (inc cash of £2.8m) at the last count and this morning's opening price of 3p. It should be more, IMO, but if they insist on more, the deal will collapse - this is all guesswork of course! | gingerplant
13/5/2009 19:40 | I have to say, a pretty good record since Christmas - must have cost pure old Treacle a small fortune.... | control1
13/5/2009 18:23 | LOL ! I thought treacle might turn up..lol..what's the point of saying you got it right when you dont even hold them :-)) He must be so bitter control...that's another stock that has/will take off after he dumped after trashing the thread, brilliant news ! | 8trade
13/5/2009 18:14 | You were right, fat lot of good because you weren't in! - you couldn't stay in one place longer than 2 seconds so you missed all the one's you've ramped since Christmas. It's funny, the same thing happened on Pure Wafer Treacle/Kirstie - lot of good it did them (and no, they haven't gone bust yet)...... | control1
13/5/2009 17:13 | I hope thaey are not going to sell out. After all these years I had just seen the green shoots of hope (plus their cash). Going forward they have got to be worth more than 10p. | joan of arc
13/5/2009 17:13 | Get in!!!! What price do we think??? | deep powder
13/5/2009 16:54 | Statement re Share Price Movement (Robotic Technology Systems) TIDMRTS RNS Number : 2067S Robotic Technology Systems PLC 13 May 2009 ? 13 May 2009 Robotic Technology Systems plc (the "Company") Statement re: share price movement The board of Robotic Technology Systems plc notes the recent share price movement and announces that the Company is in talks which may or may not lead to an offer for the entire issued share capital of the Company. There is no certainty that the talks will result in an offer for the Company. | cyberpost
13/5/2009 15:21 | mm's look short of stock ! Should not have dumped treacle aka k79 :-) If you try holding a stock for more than a few days you will find you will make a lot more money in this game. | 8trade
13/5/2009 11:36 | seriously cheap/seriously squeezy.... | chrisdgb
11/5/2009 12:35 | would still be nice to get some juicy contract wins/director share purchases? or acquisitions to beef the company up? | deep powder
08/5/2009 11:57 | nice buys going through, shame about the spread.. | chrisdgb
29/4/2009 11:33 | despite the previous nonsense posted on this board, the stock is still trading at 50% cash. | chrisdgb
21/4/2009 07:15 | some contract wins would be nice here, take us upto the 5p level.. | deep powder
16/4/2009 09:45 | Quick actual question for anyone who isn't looking to pump and dump... what will happen to RTS's cashflow if the pound continues to strengthen against the dollar.. a lot of last years cashflow came from positive move in F/X? | teelo3
15/4/2009 21:34 | Yep the parasite did indeed dump and move on ! Must be a brain cell missing or two, surely these pump and dumpers must realise that everybody is just remotely clever enough to know what their game is with the none stop ramping and lies ! | 8trader
15/4/2009 20:56 | notably quiet here now. | battlebus |
