Cestnous, did you bother to check what their holding was before? Doubt they will make an offer of they are currently selling!

I am out now and going to watch from the sidelines as I fear for general market conditions and in a weak market higher risk investments could take a beating. Still like what the company is doing, and think that the directors confidence is a good sign.

There's around 12% and growing held by directors now with a significant portion purchased in the open market post ipo. Additionally there is an employee and management incentive plan in place. The company is well aligned towards shareholders interests.

I agree with you, with no profits to speak of presently and only just on the cusp of rolling out its business plan its high risk.

I was only trying to provide one of the bears with an answer because he kept insisting a value was attributed to the company.

Like every listed companies, its only worth what someone is prepared to pay at the time, rather than what they may have paid in the past or could pay in the future.

Enviro.. The value of the company is not what they raised at ipo... It is precisely what anyone is willing to pay for it on any given day... The only day that the ipo price had any relevance was the day that it happened. I like what the company is doing but it is high risk and you should take notice of the bear argument as well as the bull ones.

Octo your trying to value on tangible and writing the goodwill business enterprise to zero. Then you are inviting me to argue with you as to what and why that should be worth anything.Firstly let me make clear, its not an argument but rather an opinion and I completely get what your saying ie close to zero. However I and indeed others invested here have a different opinion. Mines pretty much linked to the size of the market of which the details of which you've already been furnished with. My interest is also supported by a unique business model, the calibre of the execs and their own confidence reflected in significant market share purchases and now commencing of the tangible deployment of the business model.I hope you can move on now and perhaps come back in a few years when there may be a little more flesh on the bones for you.

enviro, thanks for your post, really nice words with no single number to answer my question, and as a sign my care here what is in the last interim results"The Company completed its successful AIM IPO in January 2014 raising gross proceeds of $225 million (GBP137.2 million) to expand its production capacity and to fund the production of pallets for rental and sale. A total of $71 million of the IPO proceeds was used to repay certain funding arrangements and to retire warrants, leaving the Company in a debt free position. At 30 June 2014, the Company remains debt-free with cash balances of $115.5 million."so they used 3rd (£47m) of what they raised (£137m) to pay old debts, that leaves around £90m, cash of £75m as of 30/6/14 that means they got around £50m now, with £15m loss in H1/14 and probably another 15-20m loss in H2/14 vs 0.5m revenue in H1/14 and lets say 3x that in H2/14 (1.5m) that doesn't justify mcap of £170m as of today, they are still burning cash with very little revenues.we can argue the potential but it is finger in the air without numbersso for a £50m cash and lets say another £30-40m for current assets thats around mcap of £80-90m which suggest 30-35pnumbers looks screwed to you? show me yoursback to my backseat.
