15/6/2015 08:23 | Need to raise more funds before the Jam arrives. "Although the Company retains strong cash balances ($82.8 million at 31 December 2015), as actual production levels build up, capital requirements increase. As a result, we are reviewing financing proposals and are confident of putting satisfactory facilities in place to fund expanded production against contracts." | phowdo

25/5/2015 22:07 | Am new to this company so perhaps someone can fill in a few blanks for me. This company has been trading since 2010 and every year has made a loss. It is forecast to make a loss for the years ahead to 2016. It has a new kind of pallet which is not patented or protected, hence can easily be copied? It is in the AIM100 index and is valued at £221m. What am I missing here. What can Woodford see here that I cannot? | mrx9000

19/5/2015 09:47 | nw - Woodford already held that 66.55m in the 28th April Holdings statement. That increased to 70.05m in the 5th May Holdings statement - see below. Now back to the 66.55m level again; so he was warehousing 3.5m shares for someone - or the 5th May statement was a miscalculation. Who knows! -------------------- 5 May 2015 RM2 International S.A. Holding(s) in Company RM2 International S.A. ("RM2" or "the Company") was notified on 1 May 2015 that Woodford Investment Management LLP and Invesco Limited now have interests in total of 70,054,011 and 25,269,500 ordinary shares in the Company, respectively, representing 21.7% and 7.8% of the total issued share capital. -------------------- | skyship

12/5/2015 13:05 | "Meanwhile, we were able to increase the fund’s holding in RM2 International during the month. The business is still at an early-stage of its development but has tremendous potential to disrupt the pallet industry. Although it has suffered setbacks over the past few years, its recent contract win with PPG International is very positive news, in our view, and could herald the broader adoption of its composite pallets, which are superior to wooden pallets in almost every way: lighter, more durable and more cost-effective, as well as more environmentally friendly." | bamboo2
