present mktcap at 4.5p a share is approx. £76.57m. TMP's share is 16.9% plus any they have bought recently = £12.93m plus ? DYOR.

warrant excercise seems to be complete. RNS states new shares in issue and includes the extra 16 million shares.

The Company's issued share capital consists of 1,701,488,719 ordinary shares of 0.1p each, with one voting right per share. There are no shares held in treasury. The total number of voting rights in the Company is therefore 1,701,488,719.
The above figure of 1,701,488,719 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company, under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.

hopefully, we will will se another RNS confirming completion of TMP transaction and then the share price will sort itself out without MMs holding it down for their own benefit.

CDG rising today.....worth a punt, check it out as it will move a lot on low volume, It has low mkt capital and not to many shares in circulation.... For RVD, level 2 is at 3 v 1, so hopefully it may tick up again soon. Anyone any idea when TMP's order will be filled.

Major shareholders have previously persuaded RVD not to have consolidation exercise. Any mention/rumours of the subject in these boards is therefore pure speculation IMHO.

Very strange Iweb have told me that there is a corporate action on my account for RVD to be completed on the 8th June said to do with consilidation of what I don't know. Just wandered has anyone else been told this and is it the extra shares bought by TMP

The 4.00 trades are all buys and are part of the TMP purchase order but why at 4.00 when the new shares were issued at 6.00 ?...There are still a number of these to go through and until they complete the price will be static. TMP will also be held down due to it's TMP holding.

I am looking for a rapid rise for both shares but when will it be......ask TMP

Its delayed from 14th may. It is only a matter of time before we move up i expect. (ANR and "CDG" are worth some research if anyone is interested in another very good value play, and willing to wait a little) Good luck to those who have stuck with River.

vfleet...everyone is not selling. An awful lot of the sells are in fact buys at a price agreed with TMP and possibly one other buyer. I have charted all trades since the relist and without going back to far would just say that the last 8 days all show more buys than sells. It is the agreed price that makes them appear as sells and will hold the price down until the order/s are filled. Yes I agree that there has been a lot of selling but the buys negate this.

A lot of the smaller tades are also buys the actual spread is very small right now. Trades going through at 4.07 upwards are all buys. Sells are 4.00/4.01

Look at it this way, all the sellers have taken a small or no profit and are now out of the way and cannot be sellers when this takes off.
