well, long at 2.35p. I wondering about other peoples exit prices (if they have one) ? if it got there I think I would be selling most between 4 and 6p.

Looks like it's a trader's share now. The fundamentals are lousy but the possibilities are promising so it will be played up and down from here. Strap in for the ride.

Don't you live a perfect chart:duxy786 - 11 Nov 2013 - 09:05 - 1193 of 1370Boz, suggest you sell out and see you later yeah? That's if you actually hold! LolTreacle your right, these lot are just hoping to get in on a lower price by acting like disgruntled shareholders when in fact they hold nothing. What GWR7 said is correct and was similar to all agreements they were looking at back in March. The figures mentioned on the call were great and yet he was being conservative. Great to see it test the upper support level here, I will be adding more if it touches the lower support at 2.1p

"No I always share my thoughts....to ruin this lovely quiet board"

end quote

listing issue is not the issue here. it is the Vitol deal and future cash flows.

Thanks. I asked for confirmation on Monday but didn't get a reply, hence my growing concern.

No I always share my thoughts like I have even this week when all the costumes have turned up to ruin this lovely quiet board.

I'll give him a call on Monday - out for most of the day tomorrow.

I'll let you know how it goes.

Have you confirmed that with Rob himself by giving him a call?

"Again why did Rob keep re-ierating " Substantially all petroleum costs incurred to-date by Rialto on Block CI-202 will be carried over for recovery in the new PSC"

Equally, why didn't he say "carried over for recovery by Rialto". It's like why did he keep re-iterating the $50m capital payment from Vitol before changing the wording to capital loan.

It seems to me that so much has been given away to Vitol that execution and market risks outweigh possible rewards which I think are at least three years away. Unless Rob wants to come out and say the recoverable costs are due only to Rialto.

I'd rather follow my own research than bulletin board posters with their own agenda.

NITE remained open again like last night - watch out for more £10,000 buys tomorrow.

"If Rialto have given away 65% of recoverable costs it seems to me they effectively paid Vitol about $70m to take 65% of their interest in the block. That would surely be the worst farmout in history".

Re: above......

- Again why did Rob keep re-ierating " Substantially all petroleum costs incurred to-date by Rialto on Block CI-202 will be carried over for recovery in the new PSC".

- Just seems many can't crunch the numbers

- Rob had also said "significant value for shareholders". He's put his money and so much of it where it matters, I have long since too.

Rather follow Rob than bulletin board posters with their own agenda.

Rob will look after the shareholders really well and imo the Railto new board is one of the best boards on AIM.

Why did Rob say the dual listing is being "reviewed"?

Why did the selling on ASX start a few weeks later after the "reviewed" comment?

Why did the selling start once the Australian base was closed?

I'm allowed to post my thoughts and as always I can subtantiate rather than one liners - from the above I deduce the ASX listing is to go.

I don't like dual listed stocks and the interest in AIM alone should allow Railto's growth story to unfold nicely.

If one can't weather the storm with the above then sell up & move on instead of moaning. If one can weather the storm like I can then imo in the long run it'll be so much better with one listing.

According to Treacle recently:

"I've said since Day 1 many peeps won't have calculated the significant recoverable costs for RIA"
"I've said since Day 1 many peeps won't have calculated the up to $110 AU dollars recoverable costs for RIA"
"$110 Australian dollars of recoverable costs I believe or about 3 pence on the share price on its own"

That's why I think we need to know one way or another.

Couldn't agree more GWR7. ASX listing isn't the drag on price right now, I think more clarity on the terms of the vitol deal is needed. I work in energy and I hate to say it, but if you do a deal with vitol you know you probably didn't get a good one - they're pretty shrewd (which does mean I think there are good prospects here long term as they hold too).Either way, there's clearly some doubt about the terms (even if it's just the odd small retail punter like me), so it would be good to clear it up 100%.

There's no argument about the listing being reviewed Treacle. You're repeatedly saying it's the reason for the ASX share price being under pressure and I don't think it's that significant.
Quoting Rob in the quarterly report "In addition, we closed our office in Australia: this should by no means be seen as a reduced commitment to our existing Australian shareholders"
Also there was a recent director purchase on ASX which is a sign in itself.

I trust what Rob says. It's what he doesn't say that bothers me, currently nothing about Vitol's interest in the recoverable costs generated from Rialto's disastrous appraisal drilling programme. The question of whether Vitol has scooped 65% of these is a big deal.

I trust every word Rob says so when he says its been "reviewed" its being reviewed.

We should get clarification at the AGM on 22 November and on the ASX listing.

Rob's topped up with £19,000 - someone topped up over £10,000 at 2.34p yesterday & 2 * £10,000 buys this morning thus far.

All this newcomes forget/won't know the huge slugs of millions purchased to a high of 2.89p.

Level 2 would provide further clarity. Someones just placed an order for 447,000 shares to buy.

Just 1 on offer & as said this morning others way way higher.
