4 on the bid against 1 on the offer - others still v.high.

2 largish buy order placed on the book to buy - 447,000 & 250,000.

ASX still a drag - down 7.7% last night but imo London price is now cheaper than ASX.

GWR7 - filtered, I do my own research & analysis.

All you moaners posting hundreds of posts when all were in cupboard - take it all out on me, get your money out and ring Rob rather than moaning on bulletin boards. If you don't like RIA now, sell up and move on.

Treacle is a magpie. Takes other people's research and passes it off as his own.

Cue Treacle29: "Down on ASX De-listing imminant on ASX IMO"". He will then accuse me of not even owning the stock. To which I will reply I own much more then him and will be attending the AGM on Friday, and if he behaves himself I may report back on what was said. To reiterate for the 1millionth time their is no plan for delisting as I have already emailed Rialto and received a response saying they are not.

... let's hope someone doesn't dispose of another 4 shares then ....

wonder if Treacle has an update on when the 'House broker write-up from new broker' will gush out - that is his next predicted event (he has me filtered so won't be able to answer unfortunately).

We should get a bullish statement from Rob imo at Friday's AGM and should be released via RNS prior to the actual AGM.

The format was applied last year.

Well. it is useful background info ... better to look at the bigger picture and update possible future events:

1. House broker write-up from new broker
2. Lose ASX listing as stated as being 'reviewed'
3. Taken out at a premium by one of the majors

A nice recent article on the magnitude of the area and how majors are taking an Interest in Oil and in Ivory Coast. Hopefully our success rate when we get to that stage will be excellent. A powerhouse like Total will be in/around the area in 2014 when we'll be very active too.

By News Wires
07 November 2013 23:15 GMT

French supermajor Total, along with US independent Anadarko Petroleum and Canadian Natural Resources, will spend up to $300 million to drill exploration wells on three offshore blocks in Ivory Coast next year, according to a report.

- It is not out of the question for RIA to be snapped up one day by a giant like Total if they get a liking to Ivory Coast.

ASX is not the issue. Its the nature of the Vitol deal and the cash flows moving forward.

Treacle is obsessed with the listing issue, the sooner he starts his own thread the better.

The rise on ASX was already noted on this board Friday morning, whilst encouraging was on low volume and was partly a function of closing at the bid the day before (not the mid price).

But that's treacle for you.

Next steps imo
1. PSC agreement - due before 9th November 2013
2. House broker write-up - new broker appointed, previously Investec had a 10p price target
3. Lose ASX listing as stated as being 'reviewed' only last Monday
--------------------------------------

Well, we have had Step 1 - Any thoughts on when 2 will come?

Just need to get the ASX issue and new company name out of the way at next Friday's AGM. And they we have the gas sales agreement RNS to look forward too (already in negotiations with state owned company). With no possible ASX listing, only AIM - on such news the price should rocket.

For the record, treacle copied his last post from Mrposhman on hotcopper... He'll say he was just copying it for info - but to not reference it as someone else's post is very naughty .. Problem is, because mrposhman is a very good (balanced) poster, if treacle copies a post like this as his own, then people might start taking him seriously..I think I'm done on this board...

Minho ... perhaps people with balanced views don't post their thoughts / opinions before the event as they are aware they'll be derided by Treacle unless they agree 100% with him ....

I am watching with interest to see if ASX de-listing will come and whether it'll be the catalyst for a rise in share price as forecast ...

If anyone wants to listen to the conference call, its on playback.

Phone Number - 0292734283
Participant ID - 643654#

The call is pretty short, was probably expecting a few more analyst questions but there was only 1!!

My quick notes from this are:

Carried forward cost pool is $130m - I didn't quite pick up if Vitol were allowed to access this

There was a financial penalty in the new PSC due to not having completed the work commitments of the last PSC, hence why Petroci have the option to acquire upto 29% now in the EEAA rather than the previous 26% (I added the last bit but Rob stated it was single digit).

Project team is in place and working on the FDP so they can be issued a new EEAA.

Gas sales agreement, already recommenced discussions and we should hear something in the coming weeks. As previously stated price is calculated on a 15% IRR basis using P90 resources. My calculations are that this will be around $5. Rob has stated that the price will ne north of the price agreed previously by Jeff Schrull and his cronies.

Pretty much it, far shorter than I am used to, but it filled some info in.

They didn't state when they expect FID, but I think the only things they need now for this (and booking 2P reserves) is the gas sales agreement, the EEAA and financing. All is coming along, so I would expect to get to FID early in the new year.

The ASX price finished up 12% on Thursday night which is why we were back up yesterday.

I was out yesterday all day and seems many didn't cotton onto that when first port of call. Indications that sellers done with and imo those that wanted to take a position through a possible match bargain facility once delisting done nearly done with imo. AGM next Friday and that should imo confirm ASX de-listing & match bargain facility for Australian shareholders - the interest in the latter is always limited and a bit like what certain companies do when they de-list from AIM.

Seems many can't crunch the numbers - simple solution, pick up the phone and speak to Rob if any doubts about the PSC rather than any moans on bulletin boards.

No issues for me and look forward to the next phase in the growth story. Rob is so far ahead with the strategy and so great that gas sales agreement news will come well before any production starts - ever seen that in any other junior miner?

The plot on this stock is quite difficult to get ones head around it all. This is not some tin pot outfit going forward, like a lot of AIM stocks. What is about to be achieved could be significant to say the least. NOT a ramp. Complex and intriguing is the set up here. Not a flash in the pan to trade on either. There could be a few in on the know, but I am not one of them. There are many con artist that post on these sites, but this game is about MONEY, and it invites this form of behavior. I think also there is a lot of greed and fear in the market, smash and grab is another word for it, and endemic on AIM stocks.

I agree Minho (1376) - I got in here just under 2p in early October primarily because of the director buys. I had to read one of the RNS twice just to make sure I hadn't made a mistake over how much the directors were actually buying and how much they were ploughing in to their own business. (For anybody new here have a read of the last few months RNS - it will make your eyes water.....)

It's fascinating to see how excited some holders become over relatively minor director buys in other stocks, but the directors of this co have put in serious money of their own. That sort of commitment by itself is normally good enough for me, and allied to the O & G potential this has long term upside written all over it.

I hadn't given much thought to Vitol possibly wanting to take over the whole co, but I can see why in time that might make sense from their point of view - interesting take on it.

Anyway, I'm in and happy to hold for now - it does look as though there's an exciting few months ahead.

WHY are directors buying in such large quantities ? Not to spike the share price up for the moment, that is for sure on this one. SO why ? The licence areas are prolific and VITOL are in with Rialto for good reason. When the gas flows to the plant ashore ---- BINGO ---- PROFIT. PLUS the oil to come as well. BUT there is some thing else ? VITOL could be in mind to BUY OUT RIALTO ? RIGHT?. Not now but in the future, when the share price is higher, at production time of GAS flowing to plant etc. The licence in this area is worth a BOMB. When the oil flows---- BINGO---- MORE---- profit. More to follow later.

Sounds reasonable. The most recent broker targets are 3.5-5p.
