Not so new to us. Jeff Harding was a director of REH from 11th February 2005 to 1st September 2009.

6 month examination phase for our Welsh project is drawing to a close on the 20th May, then it enters 2 further periods, each upto 3 months each, but the main period of examination is almost done amd thats good.

BrucieIt looks like we are quite firm for now here, 30th May is closing in and a further rerate ahead of that date should be expected IMO. I quite like the recent volume changing hands, I can see that once 4-5m volume is passed on a trading day we should be very well up to the much higher levels. Im myself holding a million here knowing that the revalued company will be worth many times the MCap today.

Drif, holding patiently now. This is among a number of overlooked shares that I hope to be very considerably higher over the next six months. Despite the UKX being at an all time high, there are of course sectors (AIM!!) and shares that have been in a cruel bear market for last two years. The survivors will in due course be rewarded.

BrucieIm sure this is just part of a movement in the northern direction, very soon we will see phase 1 application completed by the planning commission. I for one am quite content with things here, I will add that before last week I was excited about REHs strengthened position, it will come again before end of May.Good luck to all holders here.

Retrace was on the cards, and follows the pattern. Question is, at what price do buyers begin to move back in? My hunch is that this is a promising level.

From UNCAS on III, Had a long lingering read, very boring stuff but the gist is we are looking very robust and getting close to a positive decition with only 1 none agreement on Policy. Its about now I wish I had bought more at 1.40!!

BrucieRisk to reward, how to gauge the risk, well start looking at the MCap at 1.7m £, look at the potential value of the Welsh project to REH, then look at phase 1 planning completion and you have a fair idea at the value of the Mcap. Much has changed in REH and missed targets as JOG has posted, then you may say a target is rapidly closing in, anything can happen before end of November and 1.7£mcap seems very undervalued when you see the upside potential, easily will move up from here IMO.Its a potential giant recovery play.

Looking at the chart, this is the first spike that's hung around.

JOG/drif, how would you assess the risks here, given that you've set the range of targets?

1. Planning permission not granted on Welsh asset.

2. Delays to Polish sale?

REH is still very much off the radar , once a few more small investors get interested after realising its Potential we should make double figures , not many shares around either.Lots of positives here.

JOGREH = Black hole, sank and sank until almost gone, finally when finance was sorted the market did not react, when planning finally went into project phase with an aplication the market ignored it, when the director bought shares I nearly fainted, 'i mean why buy shares in a company thats delisting', and now planning phase one is less than 6 weeks away and finally a few investors found a few pennys to have a go on poor old REH! So 22p a share Is where your at with good homework, im on 5-7p for a rerate alone so in the middle we have 12! Thats fine with me, just actually hope a few other small investors smell a deal here all before the year end!Good luck on the canvassing.
